1. Your mainhand weapon is too fast. Hemo isn't normalized, that means the slower your weapon, the more significant the damage increase will be (due to the attack power being multiplied by the weapon speed - sinister strike/backstab/etc are normalized at 2.4). Hemo needs a 2.8 speed to produce the kind of damage sinister strike can, aswell as a lot of AP.
2. Your spec has no malice/ruthlessness/relentless strikes/lethality. Those four talents are the cornerstone of any raid build.
Also your gear isn't good enough to go hemo. Even I wouldn't be comfortable doing it (I have a Syphon and plenty of attack power) over combat.
With your current build, you should drop riposte and master of deception. Both of those talents are taking away points from other potential dps increasers in other talents. You'd probably want a 19/42 build, dropping master of deception for 3/5 vile poisons, and dropping the +parry talent and riposte for 2/2 vitality, 2/2 imp sprint, 2/2 nerves of steel.

Keep it up you guys. Pinch and Blue are the only ones here keeping me from having an aneurysm every post I read.

There are several viable raid dps build if you want to use hemo, but it is rather stricted because if you want a PvE build you have to have ATLEAST 15/20/x in the talent trees
Two of my favorite upcomming Hemo builds:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=f0eboLZ0eV0bV0xZybcoMh0o
- Sword specced Hemo Rogue
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=f0eboxZ0eV0bVZEbcoMhRo
- Prep hemo build w/ Dirty Deeds (keep in mind of the upcomming buff for Dirty Deeds)

False. The boost you are giving to the raid's DPS will always be inferior to the increase in damage you would get if you were Combat Swords.

Erm I thought that PTR testing had found that Hemo was being normalised at either 2.4 or 2.6, no mention from blues if this is a bug or intended. Just thought I would throw that out there.

Fk what do they have in their heads??
Leaving it non-normalized after buffing it to 125% weapon damage would be OP, even I must admit.

i find vitality kind of useless imp sprint and nerves of steel as well and i like to pvp i probably should have mentioned that i top dps charts with my gear fine usually 20k above everyone guild is Natha Daged Dhaer crushridge if you want to look at the other rogyes and such IMO riposte is good dps at times when it procs it usually crits. Thank you for the feedback keep on goin!

You're in a horrible guild if you're topping ANY dps charts with your spec and gear setup, to be honest.

If your using reposit in a raid you're failing the rogue class. 6 talent points wasted, congrats.
Hemo is an awesome raid dps improvement, individual damage will fall untill late T5-T6 gear. The buffs and utility of the spec is a great help for the touch and go fights as an extra evasion/sprint can save your ass.
Fury warriors and enhancement shammies will love you for it as well. But more that 1-2 in a 25 man raid is likely unnecessary, depends on the dynamics of the instance.
