Sorry to say..but I can't really help you much until you hit 80, then I can give you a good Surv. spec talent build and weapon|armor suggestions.
I must say, I do remember have Fury of the Raging Dragons. I believe it was....Third best Gun for around that level? I don't know...Best of luck to you though.
