Not sure if you can cast Hunter's Mark and Serpent Sting @ the same time because of GCD, but if you can this should work
/petattack
/cast Hunter's Mark
/stopcasting
/cast Serpent Sting
If that doesn't work, use this instead.
/petattack
/castsequence reset=???? Hunter's Mark, Serpent Sting
Above macro, where ??? is you can put combat to have it reset when you leave combat, put a number which will have it reset after that number of seconds, or you can erase the whole "reset=???" thing and it will auto-rotate back to the beginning after you cast Serpent Sting. Keep in mind this macro has to be pressed twice to cast both spells.
