Not to be an arse but how can you not notice thath 104 - 4 =100 ?
No i don't think people will be fine if they take 100% of their health as damage.
Only because you're rounding down in your calculation. If you round up instead, like you're supposed to, they live.
(Topic was about struggling to heal 26%, someone points out it's really only 4%. (4% +1 hit point) if you want to be pedantic.)

Now you're adding in numbers that aren't in the math he showed. 4% +1 is more than 4%.
And yes, now we're getting pedantic. :]

I can't heal over 4000 with LHW without a crit.
That's a bit worrying. My average LHW is about 4.5k before crits, and I'm in Naxx 10 gear. I'm curious enough now to ask for your armoury, as it may simply be a case of not enough spellpower. A riptide+LHW should be more than enough to keep an afflicted raid member alive.

NS + Chain heal is f*ing amazing for saving stacked melee groups in 25 mans..
If you react fast enough a chain heal, follow by a NS + Chain heal is a great way to save a melee group and get them back up enough to resist and AoE frost bolt volley... Its amazing to see 2 Chain heals blasting out of my shammy's hands at lightning speed also :P
