Haste Rating Question - Theorycraft.

I recently saw a 1.9 pvp movie where a paladin put on rogue gear and killed people in orgrimmar as a rogue with a 2H sword... and it got me thinking in terms of theorycraft: How could a paladin do anything close to that? +Melee Haste gear and reckoning (
I've never been good with numbers though, and the formula they use for haste seems kinda funny to me, but i'm wondering if i have it about right if i use the percentages.
I took the Talonblade (1.5 speed, 18 haste rating, roughly 1.14% haste), Heartless (2.6 speed, 20 rating, roughly 1.27%), and Jin'Rohk (3.7 speed, 45 rating, roughly 2.85%) and picked out a gear set that would work easier for a non-BT raider: Arrow-fall chestguard (30 rating, 1.9% haste), Shallow-grave trousers (30 rating, 1.9%), Trickster's stickyfingers (25 rating, 1.59%), The Savage's Choker (25 rating, 1.59%), Crystalweave cape (26 rating, 1.65%) The results i got were 1.35 for the talonblade, 2.34 for the heartless, and 3.28 for jin'rohk. About how accurate are these numbers? What do you think the result would be if a Dragonspine Trophy use, a Abacus use, a mongoose proc, and a haste potion was done at the same time with all the gear added up? Which weapon has the best DPS?

It was one of Zalgradis's (

) videos.

Skip to 20:00 into the movie, it's a 2 - 3 minute long segment where he kills people outside and inside of orgrimmar.
EDIT: @adys huh... didn't know that, started playing not too long before TBC came out...
It would probably be what you would need to have paladins do good DPS nowadays though...

Those were simply pre-nerf reckoning bombs.
