Has anyone tested
This Interesting Little Guy
with JoL? If it does indeed proc off EVERY SINGLE JoL heal...I'm not sure the English language has words to describe it...

Well, the reason they don't let you is that there's no meaningful raid benefit at the moment. So better that they and you just use whatever judgement the tank's not using.
Once this is in though, there'll be a new 'standard judgement usage' in place.
The bigger question is, will you judge every 20 seconds to ensure that the debuff stays? That's the biggest issue I have with Holy Paladins judging Light.

Doesn't work. JOL is considered a debuff, not a healing spell.

This trinket is too weak for a holy paladin at that level of equipment (232+). Sorry but some 11 mana, even if it proced of every heal of HL glyph, even if it procced of every hot tick of FoL... its just not worth the loss of equipment slot.
BTW, most probably wont go off JoL. Even if it did, the mana regen wouldnt be that insane.
I mean, when was the last time you run OOM on holy paly? The mana regen is already insane enough.

But your second point - ehh, it's harder to go OOM on a holy pally than other healers but it happens, especially if you have to continously drop HL bombs (or you're carrying a lazy healer). Why do you think most holy pallies stack as much intellect as humanly possible and use the libram that reduces the cost of HL?
I stopped using that libram already, I found that its not needed, unless you have to literaly spam maxed HL for a very long time, without any chance to recover (not happening in ToGC). But I still have it in backpack, you never know.

But this is the point. By using this, you can potentially swap int gems for SP and crit gems instead, and increase throughput. Compare it to other trinkets you can get - how much additional mana recovery do you get from them?

You can always multiply JoL out of Recount if you care that much, but honestly it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

JoL has never procced things that count as a healing spell. However, if FoL HoT tics, HL splash heals and Beacon heals proc it, that would be interesting.
More Mana is always interesting, since you can skip using Divine Plea.

Have you seen the T10 set bonuses?
If I remember right, its going to be +35% heals with Divine Illumination on. That means pretty viable DP two times out of three with either wings+trinket (as these days) or with DI (after set bonus).
And you still want more regen?
On other side, wheres that Mp5adin profile trying for endless mana pool? Maybe its a right time to bring it back to life...
