When I tank it on my bear, I tend to go
Rogue
Warrior
Mage
Hunter
Shaman
The Shaman's heals and lightning are annoying, but not devastating, which is why I put him last, where other groups I run with sometimes prioritize him first. (Also, my main alt is a Shaman, so I think I'm a little biased.)
Typically, the Rogue and Warrior are among the top of the order since Wrath tends to find melee heavy groups, and those two can do some serious damage in a short period of time.

Ok...found the above a bit weird but that's just me :p.
Shaman>warrior>rogue>mage>hunter.
Shaman for the simple reason that heals are bad. Warrior because of mortal strike mainly, rogue because he's the last melee and the 2 last ones are simply piseasy.
I just hope DPS is smart enough to know they need to run from WW and poison...

From a healer's perspective, the dwarf is the most devastating. When she drops that AoE poison on your melee DPS, it hurts hard and fast.

Sham>War>Rogue>Mage>Hunt
Shammy Heals
Warrior MS's
Rogue does most damage
Mage Polys
Hunter is a hunter and is therefore easy

Tell them they need to move. That's their fault not yours.
Actually it's the tank's fault, not the melee dps's. Every time the rogue drops that poison AoE, it's the tank's responsibility to kite the rogue out of it so the melee dps can stay on her.
If the tank forgets, yeah the melee should move out of it anyway so the healer can focus on keeping the tank alive. But if that takes them out of combat range and group wipes b/c they didn't down the rogue fast enough, tank takes the blame. And the tank really doesn't need to be standing in poison/fire/void zones either anyway.

The group I run it with finds Warrior, Rogue, Shaman to be the hardest combination.
Individually I guess I'd rank them this way:
Warrior > Rogue > Hunter > Shaman > Mage
The Shaman's only really a problem when paired with the Warrior and the Rogue. Otherwise he's not too bad.
Warrior is always first priority for us, even if the Shaman is up. It just worked best for us that way when we were first learning the instance. We'd try killing the Shaman first and it would just give the Warrior too much time to do his thing. It probably wouldn't be such such a big deal now that our Tank has more than 22,000 hp and our healer has more than 2100 sp self-buffed, though >.>
I kind of laugh to myself now that I've got 2368 SP self-buffed and I end up in a PuG with someone whispering me to make sure I am confident that I "can heal the tank with his low HP" of 30K.
Our group composition tends to be:
Prot Warrior
Holy Priest
Fire or Arcane Mage (depending on his mood)
Surv. Hunter
Ret Pally

Depending on who you are grouping with and which bosses pop up. The fight "lasting a little bit longer" might not be an option. As a general rule for raids and heroics, the healer is usually closer to the top of the kill order if not first.
Shaman or Rogue first .. then what Kryslia said a few posts up.
Always happy to further refine my strategies. (I've been ranged DPS for the past 4+ years. Tanking / leading is still new for me.) I'll try out what you and Kryslia mentioned. It does make sense.

Let me give you a hand here - I am also a tank.
If you are with a PUG there then go Shaman>Warrior>Rogue>Mage>Hunter and if you go with guildies or at least ppl that know what they are doing go Warrior>Shaman>Rogue>.....
The reason behind this is :
1. The hunter is crap. Deals little dmg and is more annoying than really doing some dmg to you.... So leave him be. Same goes for the mage, pretty much.
2. When you start the fight (i.e. you pull them all), the only dangerous thing there is the warrior because of the mortal strike (your healer has to burn a lot of mana and/or CDs to keep you up) combined with all the three bosses hitting you. Just gather them up, pop a defensive CD if needed and watch for the rogue's poison bottles (if the rogue is there). Once the warrior is down, your job is pretty much done.
3. If you are with a PUG, you will have to kill the shammy first no matter what. No matter your party says they know what they are doing, do it to prevent wipe(s). If you are with guildies, then probably they can CC or interupt the shammy all the time so you can burst the warrior down first to lower the dmg you take.
Hope this helps. Happy farming :)

As a Priest, I always ask for the Rogue to be taken out first, then the warrior, then shaman, mage and hunter.
