Supression is a filler talent, if you're not hitcapped, put points into it, if you are hitcapped, then don't.
Easy as that.
CoEx is a situational PvE talent, good for the trash in Hyjal, or for kiting striders on the Vashj encounter (Aswell on some other trashmobs or for the spawned demons on Illidan)
Imp CoA is a bit of a trash-dps and grinding/pvp talent if you ask me, for bosses you'll mainly be using Curse of doom or CoE/CoS.
Improved Life Tap is a awesome talent, even if you got dark pact, as often the mana regenerated from the imp is not enough.
Malediction is a good talent aswell, if you're raiding with only two warlocks it's often best that both have it specced to maximize raid dps.
Instant howl of terror is also extremly useful, mainly for trash as it's a nice "oh shit" button, for example the necromancer heavy trashwaves in Mt. Hyjal. But if you're speccing malediction you can't afford to have it unless you want to gimp your destruction talents and possibly the 1p imp healthstone.
For raiding you should also place enough points into destruction to get intensity and destructive reach.
When I raided as affliction I used this spec, and it worked out fine.

I agree that CoS is better than CoA, unless you have multiple locks... but then i belive CoD is still better than CoA...
you should still be using Immolate to maximzie your damage though, it works well into various spell rotations and should not be ignored.
and shadowburn! shadowburn is NOT usless at all. its both a good finishing spell on trash, and an ohshitthisbossneedstodiefast spell as well. in a tight situation i blow 5-6 shards using shadowburn on bosses... instant dmg in a tight spot is not to be laughed at.
