Concussive Barrage redesigned: 2-point talent. Now causes your Multi-Shot and Chimera Shot to have a 50/100% chance to daze the target for 4 seconds.
Silencing Shot: No longer on the global cooldown.
making MM hunters awesome again.

MM hunters will benefit from other stuff too.
Chimera
mana cost lowered (16% -> 12%),
Efficiency
enhanced (10% -> 15%),
mana recuperation
GREATLY enhanced and more. Concussive Barrage sounds very good but I still have to figure out a real utility for it (2 talent points to spend). It sounds like a PvP tool, isn't it.

Pvp-oriented indeed... CS's going to be awesome with that little daze.
MM's probably going to come out on top pvp-wise after the nerfs to ES... RIP mini-stun...

Steady shot does a tiny bit more damage against dazed targets, not sure how much dps that'll add on a spreadsheet, but it looks possible for a MM hunter to keep his target perma-dazed.

Will MM top SV in raid settings? I'm still waiting for a call on this, guessing its gonna be a matter of gear and playstyle.
Im thinking MM scales MUCH better than SV in raids, at least from what ive figured. The bleed damage will be nice, hopefully they fix that soon. I think SV are still going to be an important part of the raid (battery) but MM will ultimately come out on top in the higher end raids.
I liked the control for SV in PvP, but i think the high damage of MM, daze of CS , and the available Entrapment (100% chance to those affected by the trigger) will make up for it
