I've grouped with 4 foreign power-levelers since the Random Dungeon system was released. All they would do was spam 1 attack, not give buffs, and not acknowledge what we'd say in any way. Has anyone else had this problem? I think power-levelers are unfortunately going to benefit greatly from it.

Just vote-kick them and they get nothing from the group.

Problem with that is if the other three are foreign power-levelers too they won't vote against one another.
edit: spelling

Im quite not sure how it was possible (i play on "english" server in english battlegroup) and i ended up in grp of 1 german, 1 british guy, 1 spanish guy, 1 russian guy and me (czech). Nobody was able to understand the german, spanish guy was clever eneugh to communicate via emotes, russian guy was writing in azbuka and british guy could explode with anger becouse i was the only one who understood him (all he was doing was swearing anyway).
Funny.

I have no problem with "Powerlevelers" as long as they were doing there job.
I was with a tank in Blackrock the other day, and he stated "Eh I am here just to level" and had no clue where to go.
But he atleast knew how to tank, so I just told him what to do and we were able complete the instance(with 3 hours)

I had a wierd experience with a pally tank the other day. No buffs, no guild, no chat except for the one time he went afk a sec and a pat came down the ramp. We killed it, but the returned pally had one thing to say "why" lol. Just one word, Why. IDK seems flaky to me. Finished the crawl tho so there's that..Possible that a powerleveler/farmer/whatever could actually tank for real?

That happened to me once, where the paladin healer and druid (balance) dps wouldn't give any buffs and they only used one attack. I just left the group and checked my auctions until the debuff was gone.

Haven't experienced it, but why not just report them? Let Blizz sort it out. Just report them as a pwoer-leveler, and move on. If someone isn't and they are too stupid to know how to communicate or even run in a dungeon, then it is their dumb butt who loses out, not you. I would... Hell, I reported a nerdrager in a BG once because he wouldnt shut up. I put him as AFK, then opened a ticket for him as an honor farmer. This was near the middle of the battle... he left shortly after I reported him AFK, so I don't know if he gave up or what, but he was cursing all the way until he "left" the BG.

@OP, If you were grouped with 4 powerlevelers that were uncooperative, just leave. Is the debuff really that big a deal?

This is where knowing a couple languages comes in quite handy. I think I'd have a hard time playing on EU servers cause I only speak English, Russian and French. I would probably not be able to understand half the other Europeans. American servers ftw...mostly.
