I'd say Earth Shield and Lesser Healing Wave are pretty much required glyphs. If everything's going well, I'd say about 80% of your healing will be directed at the tank, and those glyphs really make tank healing a breeze. Your third glyph is up in the air.
Glyphing Chain Heal doesn't make a lot of sense to me for 5-mans. I mean, it'll be handy if you happen to have a group comp where all three DPSers are melee, but in my experience that's pretty rare. I also find that I don't use CH all that much; tossing Riptide onto a damaged DPS while focusing on the tank usually works fine in most 5-mans.
Riptide's another possibility, but like CH I'm just not sure how often you'll really need to be spreading RT around to the entire group.
Personally, I like the Glyph of Healing Wave. I tend to use Healing Wave (either with NS or the Tidal Waves proc) fairly frequently, and I usually end up leaving myself as the lowest priority for heals, so anything that gives me some extra survivability while still dumping a big heal on someone else who needs it is good in my book.

For 5 man runs I used to use
Earth Shield
Lesser Healing Wave
Water Mastery
I don't know what your mana regen is like, but if you've not collected a lot of gear yet it's probably a safe bet that you'd benefit from a 30% increase.
And of course, LHW+ES = <3 for the tank :)

I think it's fairly clear from this thread that two of your three should be Earth Shield and LHW.
If you have mana issues, I say take Water Mastery for your third. If not, I say take Mana Tide. It's nice being able to keep going longer without the DPS saying "Wait. Mana".
(I always run heroics with physical DPS to avoid that issue. But I've got an average ilvl of 224 or so, mana isn't an issue for me either)
