Glyphs for Resto?

Which major glyphs do you use for Resto? I checked the guides and EJ and there seems to be a LOT of contradicting and outdated information. This is what I got so far:
Swiftmend:
Not that great, only saves 1 GCD which rarely matters (neither on tank nor raid healing).
Regrowth:
Kind of nice but regrowth doesn't do much of our healing anyway and the glyph is only useful when clipping the HoT, making it far less efficient.
Nourish:
Great for tank healing, almost useless for raid healing because of ...
Healing Touch:
Due to the higher SP coefficient it will actually surpass Nourish with extremely good gear if only 1 HoT is present making it a great glyph for spot/raid healing. Nourish is only superior to HT when glyphed and when at least 2 HoTs are present on the target.
Lifebloom:
May save a GCD since Lifebloom has to be re-applied later but it also lets it bloom later, making it harder to use the bloom for something useful. Doesn't seem to be too good.
Rejuvenation:
Useless most of the time, it doesn't do anything when everybody is at full hp but it starts to shine as soon as things get tough (and HPs get low). A glyph that starts to be awesome as soon as things get difficult - sounds like a good deal to me.
Wild Growth:
Acceptable for raid healing, almost useless for tank healing. The 1 additional target rarely seems to be worth it since in the harder fights people aren't clumped up anyway, making it rarely hit that many.
Innervate:
Seeing how most Resto glyphs aren't that strong this one really looks interesting.
So .. which glyphs are you using and most importantly: why? I'm currently leaning towards Nourish (my gear sucks so I am nowhere near glyphed HT being viable), Innervate (Priests will love me) and then either Rejuv or Swiftmend.

Swiftmend/Wild Growth/Nourish for myself when I go resto. Swiftmend is amazing, Wild growth is very nice for raiding. I prefer not to use the Regrowth glyph now.

Glyph of Innervate
only grants
you
the extra mana, not the person you cast it on. It's also only ~ 3200 mana iirc, so it isn't that useful.
Glyph of Swiftmend
is one that you should have equipped at all times, there's no questions about it. This is by far one of the best glyphs for Resto. The other two that I choose are
Glyph of Nourish
and
Glyph of Wild Growth
. The other glyph you could use is
Glyph of Lifebloom
.
With Innervate glyphed I can cast it on others. Without the glyph I'd need it for myself ;) That's why I think the glyph is very useful.
About Swiftmend: Yes I know it's an awesome spell. I use it a lot and I love it. But losing the HoT really is no big deal. It's just one GCD to re-apply it (if necessary at all). From the EJ topic I got the impression that the Swiftmend glyph is very much overrated.
The Rejuv glyph seems to shine when raid healing in hard mode content (when there are actually people below 50% HP).
Regrowth - clipping the hot in this case isn't less efficient since your getting a healing boost for the next regrowth via direct heal and its hot.
How much of your overall heal comes from Regrowth? Like .. less then 5%? The glyph will increase that by another 10% (since the first Regrowth doesn't get the effect and you lose out on the last 1-2 ticks every time it's nowhere near 20% increase). That's a total of 0.5% healing increase. I'm not really impressed.
The only must-have glyph I found so far is Nourish for tank healing (but then again this one is almost useless for raid healing).

The swiftmend glyph is useful because it makes your Swiftmend more mana efficient, and doesn't waste an extra GCD. When you're raiding some of the harder stuff now, you're going to be on GCD a LOT. The swiftmend glyph is definitely one of the best out there.
The innervate glyph isn't that amazing because 3k mana won't make you able to innervate another person if you're at a point where you need to innervate yourself in content.
Rejuvenation glyph, the main problem is because of how often it'll actually tick below 50% health on someone. When you're raiding now, people aren't going to be under 50% health for more than 3 seconds, unless your raid heals are really slow getting to them.
I agree with the regrowth glyph not being amazing, but it depends on your healing style. When I heal, I generally regrowth the tanks, and people taking consistent damage, and just keep up the HOT. Otherwise, I just use nourish to patch up tanks/the raid if WG doesnt do the job.

I can't believe some of you are saying that WG is an optional glyph. It's way way way better than most other resto glyphs out there. Its a flat HPS increase, and it helps relieve the load for raid healing. WIN.

Currently I use Swiftmend, Wild Growth and Nourish. Before that it was Swiftmend, Regrowth and Lifebloom.
As has been stated before, Glyph of Swiftmend is amazing. Please don't pass it up.

Does anybody have some solid numbers on the Glyph of Regrowth? As in:
% healed by Regrowth when tank healing
% healed by Regrowth when raid healing
% healed by Glyph of Regrowth when tank healing
% healed by Glyph of Regrowth when raid healing
As I said before, assuming that Regrowth is only responsible for a small amount of the overall heal (5%) and that the Glyph doesn't increase that amount by 20% but by much less (10%) the overall gain from the glyph should be totally insignificant (0.5% in my example).
I'd assume that for tank healing it might actually make some sense but that it is really useless for raid healing. Could that be about right?

Swiftmend is the only Major glyph i feel you absolutely must have. If you plan on PvPing with resto and dont want to dual spec twice into resto, I'd pick up the barkskin glyph as well, and then choose whatever you want for the 3rd. Slightly off topic, but you can still heal pretty efficiently with a pvp talent build, since there's only 5 really key talent points needed (3/3 natural perfection, and 2/2 imp barkskin) While it obviously won't beat a full pve spec, its a nice option to have.
Otherwise, i would go with swiftmend/nourish/wild growth. Nourish and WG glyphs cover 2 separate bases (tank and raid heals) and make you more versatile (vs say something like regrowth + nourish that serve the same purpose as tank healing). Innervate glyph has never appealed to me; Any fight where innervate + mana pot + flask of mojo and i still oom means we were bound to lose anyways cause too many people died and the fight dragged on too long.

For raid healing:
Swiftmend / WG / Nourish
This is certainly wrong with good gear. For raid healing the glyphed Healing Touch will completely replace Nourish, making that one the superior choice (as pointed out
here
). Agreen on the other two though.
I'm set on Nourish (for tank healing) and Swiftmend (overall useful).
As for the 3rd I'm still unsure ... I guess I'll just take the cheapest one between WG, Innervate, Rejuv and Regrowth ;)

Except for the fact that you now lost your biggest heal.
Which isn't that relevant for raid healing anyway.
Yes, the whole idea of building raid heals about HT is probably bad because you will completely destroy your tank healing capabilities for only a minor benefit in raid healing. I wouldn't glyph or skill for that. Still, luckily we have perfectionists with way too much gold out there ;)

The link really glosses over the fact that Glyphed HT costs a lot more mp per cast.
