alliance?
go to duskwood and walk through the deadwind pass... yes, you'll encounter mobs lvl 50+ but that's the only way, unless you can get a lock to summon you or have a ST meetingstone summon

Swamp of Sorrows
≠
Dustwallow Marsh
Swamp of Sorrows
is located on the Eastern Kingdoms continent and is reachable via the
Deadwind Pass
from the Alliance zone of
Duskwood
. Horde characters will have to travel north thru
Stranglethorn Vale
, then exit Duskwood from the east being cautious to avoid any mix-ups with Alliance NPCs.
Dustwallow Marsh
is located on the continent of Kalimdor and is located to the southeast of
The Barrens
. Horde can reach this zone following the road south of Camp Taurajo, and Alliance can take the boat from Menethil Harbor in the
Wetlands
.

Unless you run off-course, there's no way you should run into 50+ mobs.
Horde: Go to Grom'gol, run up into Duskwood, run east-wards. Stay near the path, but not on it(stay to the right of it) just to avoid Alliance(if you're in a pvp server) and guards. The path into Swamp of Sorrows is along a path behind the main Alliance Duskwood town.
Alliance: Fly to the duskwood town, take the path east.
Both: Once you're on that path, follow it across the river, it'll bend to the right(south) and then back left(straight east).. follow it, and you'll be in Swamp of Sorrows. There is a Horde town, just follow the Right road when you get to a fork-in-the-road, then follow it straight until you find a fortified orc area. Alliance, your town is in the next zone below.
