Your spelling and grammar are full of epic fails.
PvE gear > PvP gear for raids, simple as that.
You can easily buy PvE gear off the AH or get it crafted (titansteel helms etc.) and heroics are very easy.
In heroics gear you would get less "take off your PvP gear" and still do decent DPS.
If you want to PvP, wear PvP gear. If you want to PvE, wear PvE gear.
As Arsenic said, if you want to PvE put the effort into it like you did for PvP.

Death Knight ilevel 213 Epics
.
I dunno about you, but I think the Death Knight wearing the PvE Epics will be doing better for DPS/Tanking.

pvp gear is inferior to pve gear for pve.
A few pieces ain't bad since you may have had some bad luck with drops but for the most part you can get all items filled from badge, craftable, heroic, and reputation gear.
As for your later statement on achievements and boss strats. Read up on the strats to be a competent member of the raid and you won't need too much of an explanation unless they do the boss a weird way.

Furious Staves
Fact of the matter is, for casters the Furious Staves are NEARLY BiS. The only one that can beat them is the Hodir-25 Hard Mode staff.

This is a discussion mainly concerning "welfare epics".
Furious weapons are hardly "welfare".

PvP gear has an item budget that includes points for resilience. What ends up happening is that the the item ends up being about the same as a little bit better than blue quality gear when it comes to PvE. SO....when entering a raid, raid leaders would prefer players in purples over blues. So that's 1 strike against you.
As you have no PvE gear on at all, it can indicate that you have not raided nor done heroics. So while you may be good at PvP, do you know about threat, mana management, trinket cooldowns and when to use them, how to pace yourself for 5-10 minutes of fighting, following kill order, etc?
A cursory examination of someone all in PvP gears says you don' have the best gear for raiding nor have you experience in raiding.
I feel this best sums up the issues with players in full PvP gear. For Naxx Im less concerned with people being geared to the max than I am with players being familiar with raiding and the various concepts of raid management and cooperation. When I see someone show up in all PvP gear I have to wonder how much experience they've had interacting in a group at all.
To the OP, gearing for PvE does take some effort and some patience while you wait for groups. You dont get to hop into a queue and get fighting in ~5 minutes. However, spend a few nights in LFG for heroics and do quests for gold to spend on epic items on the AH and you'll be well on your way. In the meantime, you shouldnt be surprised to be left out of PvE when there are plenty of other DPS available that has actually put the effort in to be ready for PvE content.
