I say its all the tank. If they are dumb you will die.
Along with not working together, that just = fail

I know you have to use some CC on this fight, but it just fails every time.
I am willing to pay good gold just to get pass this boss. Getting too ridiculous.
Try focusing the healers first.
Bloodlust helps too.
Priority: Resto Shaman > Disc Priest > Holy Paladin > Resto Druid.

I PUG ToC 10 and 25 every week, I haven't had any trouble with Faction Champs since a few weeks after ToC came out (and everyone was still hopping on board the welfare epic train). Now that everyone is in at least 2piece T8.5 and mostly 226 offset, pugging ToC isn't much of a problem...
...Until you get to Anub'arak. 10 man isn't a big deal, but I've downed him two weeks in a row (in 25 man) a few seconds AFTER he enrages xD

You don't really need much CC for the faction champions in non-heroic.
Most groups fail for 1 of 3 reasons: Could not kill the healers due to poor interupts, melee dps got out of control and killed your healers, or people did not learn to kite.
What you do need:
2 healers.
1 person with dispel (preferably not one of the healers). Ideally this will be a dps shammy or shadow priest
2 interrupts (1 on each healer)
2 people able to control the 2 melee dpser's (typically the tanks - but i recommend a feral druid or DK of any type for this; they have MUCH better control of melees)
Rest DPS.
People able to recognize that getting hit by melee dps is the same as standing in fire.
What Makes the fight easier:
Aoe Fear x 1(great opener)
Hero/BL
You will always go against 2 healers, 2 caster dps, 2 melees.
Worst healers to go against: resto druid + Holy pally
Worst ranged to go against: hunter and warlock (pets and hellfire)
Worst melee to go against: Warrior and rogue (hardest to control due to charge and shadowstep)
Generally what you want to do is control both melees and pull them as far from the main group as possible. Usually this is the tanks job, but most tanks are poorly equiped to control the melee dps due to the fact that once taunt goes on DR, they are useless. I HIGHLY recommend placing a feral druid or a DK on this job. Feral druids have stuns in cat form/bear form, taunt in bear form, root and cyclone in caster form. It's impossible for a skilled feral druid to hit DR on anything if they play this correctly. DK has taunt, DG, CoI for control; very very easy to pull their target across the room and away from everyone. #2 reason people fail this encounter is because of poor melee dps control.
For whatever reason if the melee get loose, if you are the target of them. MOVE. I've seen countless healers stand there and try to heal through it foolishly. The melee dps lose interest in you VERY QUICKLY if you are not in range to be hit. You must treat melee dps as if they are a patch of fire on the ground. gtfo and then heal yourself after once they go away.
You must assign 1 interrupter to each healer. Most healers have instant cast hots like renew/rejuv/earthshield/riptide/lifebloom etc/ These MUST BE DISPELLED ASAP. If they aren't you might as well just stop doing anything and wipe immediately. This is the #1 reason groups wipe; no dispels on target. Both interrupters goals are just to stop anything they can.
Typically the caster dps do not need to be CCed at all. The only thing you have to watch for is if there is a warlock. He will sometimes channel hellfire right in the middle of the group and this can be a raid-wiper if not interrupted.
From personal experiences, its much easier to go Healer > healer > ranged dps x2 > melee x2 in kill order. If your control on melee dps is good, they will rarely harass the raid group, and the hardest part of the fight will be making sure dispels are being applied promptly. Some groups prefer killing the melees first though, so go with whatever works best for your group set up.

Tbh the reason is, no teamwork. Without Vent you cant quickly communicate and everything will go slower.
Best idea is to keep 1/2 interupters on the second heal (Holy pala is your best bet) And not let them get a heal off.
If you want to do this, join a guild:)

Got in one today, i consider myself lucky though, 1.5 hours full clear and one or two shot every boss.
If everyone knows the fights, isn't horribad, and is on vent it shouldn't be too bad.

The biggest fail I see in these groups is dispels. A lot of times the biggest way to improve the group is to tell one person that they are on dispel duty the entire fight, it really is mostly that easy of a fix.
This. Interrupts and Dispels are honestly the biggest key to this fight.
