GCD on mage spells

Hello all. I've been thinking of working on my mage, and my favorite part of that is planning out builds and macros to use. I was curious about some of the spells and whether they invoke the GCD. I tried looking them up individually but haven't been able to find reliable info. Can anyone tell me whether the following cause the GCD?

Combustion
Icy Veins
Presence of Mind
Arcane Power
Cold Snap

Also, a little off-topic... if you take the talents Arcane Meditation and Pyromaniac, can you have 60% of your mana regen while casting? Or do they not stack?

Thanks for the quick replies. This is mostly academic since I'll probably only ever play around with the mage, nothing really serious, but I like to know ahead of time what to expect.

As far as "good" builds and "raid" builds... I wouldn't know, I just take the ones that sounds coolest to me. Might explain why I never get invited to raids, etc. :)
