Just to expand on Janniel's comments (spot on btw, I was going to say the same), spec looks fine, bar 5 points in unbridled wrath. That's not really worth 5 points, tbh. Maybe at most 3 - chuck a couple into Execute instead.
Noticed your 3 +hit gems. Yeah, they really want to be strength gems. And the purple +crit/+stam would probably be better as a +str/+stam.
Other than that...looks good. The thing that's probably hurting you the most is that hit rating, in all honesty. Is the warrior who's out-dpsing you an arms warrior by any chance?

Except for al the above I have to say your crit is LOW.
Deep wounds is a major DPS part and only 32%crit is realy not cutting it.

Unles your pants has 200+hitrating you can drop those hitgems.
As fury you only need 5% ffs, Why do people think you need mas ammounts of hit? -_-.

i am using the Slam add on and using it when its up. I notice i am rage starved at time.
I used to have massive issues with rage starvation just because I wasn't watching my rage. I got
Power Auras
and set a rage threshold. Basically made a nice big painfully obvious flashy thing with a loud noise to tell me when it was time to rage dump.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but a WW > BT > Slam rotation will cost you 60 rage, so you want to make sure you're
over
60 rage when you hit HS or Cleave.
My computer struggles a bit with lag, so I think (if I remember right) I set my rage-dump threshold at 55 (by the time it actually went off I would be at around 70 rage). I don't use Power Auras any more, but it really helped me get a good feel for my rage generation and rage use.

Not sure what the problem is then. With UB and 400 hit rating the only way I can think of off the top of my head that you could be rage starved is if you're not watching your rage. Since you are...I have no idea what's up :/

From your last post I dont know if your still having rage issues now that you have removed additional hit rating, but from the get go I dont understand how it came to be that you ever were rage starved only thing that comes to mind is that you may not be expertise capped and thus the galncing hits, im not 100% but i dont think you regen much rage on a glancing hit.
but as so your stats are much higher than that of mine and i dont ever find my self rage starved and I even stance dance for apply rend and use taste for blood on proc as a fury war.
I dont think you can push glancing blows off the attack table. What you mean is dodge and parry i think ^^

Well i have been missing alot and i dont wanan miss lol but if the fury warrior hit is at like 200 ill drop down to 200. The pants are droping me down by 75 and having hit never hurts lol..... some times
Any piece of gear with hit when your over the soft hitcap compared to a critpiece is a DPS los.
WHY you want hit if you can get more crit(more rage) and more strength(more rage again).

well i got rid of the hit and got more strenght and watched my rage more and i went from 4k dps in a heroic inst to 5k lol
Nice one. Sounds like problem solved to me ;)
