Frost tanking, blood tanking, or both? And... dw or not to dw, that is...

So, this here is my Death Knight in his tanking gear as of right now:
http://www.wowhead.com/?profile=19235987
His dual spec right now is blood dps and frost 2h tanking. I'm thinking of respeccing the blood dps to a blood tanking spec, still using a 2h - this spec here:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#jcEGVh0Icb0bssthxZ0gh
, thinking that this is a good enough spec to solo quest and such, maybe even join the odd hc pug as dps if needed.
So, here's the thing, I'd like to move my frost spec to a dw spec, seeing as I have two handy dandy onehanders, one of which isn't great, but decent, seen here:
http://www.wowhead.com/?profile=19236721
I need a good spec for that. You can see my current spec in the provided profile. I'm looking in the

noted in the helpful threads listing on top, and find this spec:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#jcEZhxe0A0Ioc0fuzAo0x:awT
. How is that? Anything worth noting?
How is tanking with dual wield different from tanking with a twohander?
I'm also going to buy myself the

as soon as I can find someone with 60

to spare or one on the AH. I have other stuff to spend my triumph and frost badges on. But if there's other general tips and hints about gear you'd like to leave me, please do so. I'm all ears when it comes to constructive critiscism!
TL;DR version:
Will
this blood tanking spec
also do ok for the odd solo questing or hc pug dps session?
Is
this gear here
sufficient for dual wield tanking? If not, what'd you suggest I do?
How is tanking with dual wield different from tanking with a twohander?
Other awesome tips on dw tanking?

Anyone with a view on the dual wield frost spec I posted up there?

Yes, was thinking along those lines too, only even further. I think I'm going to try this:

and see how it works out.

I really don't see the point for DW frost tanking. There is no advantage compared to 2h tanking other then that you have to spend lots of talent points to get those DW skills up. Yes, your swings hit a little harder ... but is it really worth it?
I've been a (2h) frost tank for a while now and I'm thinking about going blood instead.

This is the core blood build from the sticky. I really like it but I'm very unsure where to spend the other points ...
Going deeper into unholy will give the best threat generation, right? How well does Blood Gorged perform compared to that?
Are Spell Deflection and Improved Blood Presence worth picking up (for more spell mitigation and more self healing)? What about Morbidity to compensate for bloods natural lack of AoE threat?

No advantage? Sure, I'll buy that. But saying you have to spend lots of EXTRA points to DW. Well, exactly 6. ToT and NoCS. Pretty impressive threat increase from those 6 points. Hit +3% so that's less gems (I don't have a single hit gem and sitting at just under 294).
My tank gear has no hit gems and I can touch 340 if I don't downgrade some hit gear I have.
Yeah, it's 6 points, but what are you giving up for that little bit of threat?

I wouldn't call it a little bit of threat. Its a significant amount of threat. Without those 6 points dw is pointless.
Of course you wouldn't dw without those points. It has to be compared to 2h frost threat generation, that's what you would do if you didn't put them into dw talents. And there is just a little bit more threat in dw compared to 2h. Yes, there is an advantage but it's not that huge. Compared to e.g. picking up a raid wide 20% haste buff with those 6 talents ...

picking up a raid wide 20% haste buff with those 6 talents ...
Which can be provided by another DK or an Enhancement Shaman, preferably. Your job as a tank is to stay alive. There's no reason ti trade off your survivability or avoidance to buff the raid with something other players can do, particularly when it means missing out on avoidance or survivability talents.

You wouldn't. You would miss out on threat talents, the defensive ones are basically covered with 5/8/5 ;)
In 10mans there often is no enhance Shaman or frost DK.
It really depends on your group. All I'm saying is that DW tanking is in no way "default superior" to 2h versions. I really can't think of any situation in which I'd think "oh man, I so wish that DK tank would dual wield, that makes the run so much easier!".

This pretty much sums up the whole thing. Thank you for this succinct summation.

That's my character right now in his tank gear and tank spec. I have yet to tank hc HoR, but I don't think it would pose as a huge problem. Hc PoS went fine.
Only thing I'm struggling a wee bit with is that I find myself a little RP-starved at times. Anyone have any good tips on that? I could of course pull the two points from Morbidity into Scent of Blood, but I really like the lowered CD on DnD for fast pulling on the lesser heroics.

just fyi if you haven't tried tanking h hor as a dk yet...it's a much harder instance then h pos.
and you should have 1-2 points into scent of blood. i'd take it out of bladed armor. that extra attack power isn't gonna do you any good if you can't ever spam your runestrike when it's up. if you want to keep that then you can take scent of blood instead of chill of the grave. 2 points in scent of blood will generate more rp then chill of the grave..

Thanks, I'll try pulling switching two points from Bladed Armor to Scent of Blood. 2 points in Morb for 10 secs reduced cd on dnd is enough 95% of the time.
