For Combat PvE, why not use Wound Poison for MH and OH?

The reason wound poison is doing more damage is because you're using a slow MH, and with the poison application normalization of 3.1, the slower your weapon the higher chance it has to proc wound poison. With SS being used almost once per second, that's a large amount of WP being applied. And as to why not use it on an offhand is because the proc rate is much lower on a faster weapon.
