For a Fury warrior, is Brutality Blade worth it?

First sword you get in Outland. Does it blow the Brutality Blade away? No. But for the work and how you're guaranteed to get it. Far better option. Plus you can get it at 58.

So no. That epic holds nothing to outland gear when compared to ease to get. Especially since Brutality Blade is a Molten Core drop. Pretty much the weakest of the old level 60 epics. If you were linking something out of say Nax. Then it still wouldn't be worth getting, but it would last till near 70.
