Okay, I have asked on trade but haven't gotten a clear answer to these questions.
So I came here.

Regular flying:

Where do I get it?
How much is it?
How much are the mounts?

Cold weather flying:

What level can I learn it?
Where do I learn it?
How much is it?
How much are the mounts?

So, you can't fly in Northrend until you get to level 77?

Drat. I just got to 70 and got my speedy flying mount, and love flying around Outland, and thought I could fly in Northrend also :(
