Actually you should just start in TB or Ogr till you get the skill up to 50 or so. Just remember it doesn't matter where you fish to build your fishing skill just as long as you catch things.

yep, you can fish in starting zones until 375 if you really felt like it =)

Then you can be evil and do what I did...
Fill up your guild bank with Orgrimmar Fish so that whenever someone wants to put something in, they have to take out a fish.

Note: My guild gives props to one another for inspired grief. ^_~ YMMV
