As well, the stealth bonus isn't needed at all
It is. Don't listen to Crazybear.
Stealth bonus can make the difference between a rogue seeing you before you see him. Next thing you know is that you are stunlocked to death.

Mainly it's because in PvP you won't use shred even half as much as claw.
Claw?
I disagree wholeheartedly with Crazybear; if your not Shredding in PvP, you're not trying hard enough, and you're not getting the most out of your DPS. Shredding Attacks is crucial, IMO.
You can live without the points in Feral Aggression. Maim and Rip will often be more useful than Bite, and even though the huge numbers on Bite are nice, the points would go better elsewhere.

IMO.

Wow, crazybear has no idea what he's talking about. One thing that really surprises me is that none of you have Nurturing Instinct in your pvp builds. I guess you all just hang out in cat and bear form and dont worry about healing. Nurturing Instinct with a Healing weapon swap macro can be extremely powerful in PvP.
This is the build I use for PvP.

I agree with this. Having said that i do not have Nurturing Instinct, just Feral S2 (with it's nice +healing) and a wep swap macro.
It's is true though, Ferals who do not heal in BGs are bad ferals, and not just emergency or self healing.
Example: You come up on a skirmish that has already started. 5 of them 4 of your team + you = 5. All combatants on both sides are on half health.
Do you
(a) go Feral and add your DPS to the other 4 DPSers on your team to try tip the balance and win? After all why did i specc for dmg in the first place
or
(b) throw HoTs/Regrowths on everyone, cyclone/root a few melee who are pwning your ranged,
then
start DPSing.
Answer (a) is for idiots, answer (b) will lead to completely overpowering the enemy with no loss of life on your team, and nobody having to wait in the GY to res.
Ferals ftw :-D

Crazybear, how can you ever even THINK of recommending a pvp build and NOT take Nature's Grasp and Feral Instinct? Claw? What level are you?
This:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0zZxGGsfboedioVxhz
is the build I have right now, I've had to compromize quite a bit there, since I do a little of everything, tank/dps/pvp.
If I'd want a pure pvp spec I'd go with this:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0zZxGMsfroeuioVxhz
I won't go with Nurturing Instinct, purely because it builds on bad itemization. +healing from strength? If they'd change it to a % of attack power it would be much, much better. Or agility for that matter. Strength? Useless.
I very much agree with the guys above in having a healing weapon and a switch macro for healing stuff up though. And use your roots and cyclones.

I disagree that agility is prefered for pvp.
While it may have been perceived that way, that was not what I meant. In retrospect I can see how what I wrote was a bit unclear. It just seems that the itemization leans towards agility and ap and less towards strength, hence my conclusion. Not that strength in itself is useless, but that it's useless as a basis for Nurturing Instincts.
Edit: There's a reason why they changed HotW, I just don't understand why they didn't include Nurturing at the same time.
