Such a hard question...
On one hand, you have Dream Theater's "Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence Disc 2", which is kinda a whole song in it self, as the song doesn't have pauses inbetween the "tracks". It smoothly transists into the next "part" of the song.
It's a song about mental health and our attitude towards it, btw.
On the other hand, you have Symphony X's Odyssey, a symphonic retelling of the Odyssey-story by Homer. It's about 22 minutes long, and doesn't have any pauses either.
And then, finally, there's Gåte(Gaate)'s "Bruremarsj frå Jämtland", which the perfect blend of norwegian fiddle and folk, and typical heavy rock/metal.
So hard to decide...
