Basically, name a group of NPC's in an area you'd like to have their own faction.
For instance, I'd like to see a Nessingwary faction with dailies in Sholazar.

This might seem odd - but I would like to see the Gnomes take back their city and have their own place.

Nesingwary would be nice, I agree.
A faction of Earthen/Iron Dwarves/Titanic creations would be nice - one accessible to both Alliance and Horde.
Getting cosmetic reputation with the Tauren Chieftains/L80ETC would certainly be pure awesome. Being able to buy rock accessories, guitar weapons, shades, and all that goodness...priceless.

I really want more low level stuff.
I'd like one at Bloodmyst Isle - the Hand of Argus, that thing your quests focus on, could be a cool counterpart to Tranquilien. I always thought Alliance got boned on that one.
There could be one in Darkshire too, with the Night Watch. Obviously they'd need more Qs though.... Let's not forget Marshal's Refuge in Un'goro - Would be a nice excuse to level there, since the place sucks >:( Wouldnt need many changes either, just a bit of rep to all those Qs.

Unleashed a plague that ended up killing Bolvar and others at Angrathar the Wrath Gate.
Especially since their High Tinker can do the job single-handily.

I'd like to see Gomeregan taken back too. After so long it doesn't make any sense it hasn't been reclaimed. And as for priceless? There will always be some obscenely overpriced accesories that Blizzard puts in. Guitars would be right up there with em.

I would like to see a Spirit Healer faction. As you make your way through the ranks you would get stuff that helps you in ghost form, such as ghost mounts for exalted and maybe a trinket that sends you to the spirit world.
I'm not sure how the quest for them would work but one idea is that to start is talk to a spirit healer and they will offer you a quest to go to different grave yards and bring them back dead bodies and when completed you would be neutral and possibly every time you kill an enemy player in PvP you would gain a X amount of rep with them. Just a thought probably dumb.

I would like a faction for rogues....
that didnt suck at all times
. i mean with an enemy as powerful as arthas, frontal assaults are not the option. rogues play a really important part in this political and wartime era, we gather information, sabotage, assassinate and undermine enemies.
Isn't Ravenholt pretty rogue-y

Agreed, My 2h axe would be a guitar and a chance on hit to blast sound like a
Noise Machine
but do damage instead as well as an achievment to earn a title would be a lvl80 ETC fan's dream. Oh to wonder...
