You might think it a jump of sharks, goin against Titans and all, but here's a hint:
we don't kill em!
The lore expansion ideas here may seem shakey, but there's not too much known about Titans anyway. Without further ado..
Clash with the Titans
Sometimes gods and creators create with purpose, and indeed, the Titans crafted Azeroth with an underlying ideal to quell all chaos and restore law to the planet.
Most of the Titans view Azeroth as safe and inconsequential, but one Norgannon, bringer of magic, has grown concern. Witnessing the recent chaos of the dead, the slaughter of many the blue flight he entrusted with his power, the wrath of the sea, moon, and corrupted dead nature, Norgannon has a plan akin to Noah’s Ark, except he doesn’t want to spare anyone. He wants to exterminate sentient life on Azeroth and remake the planet without magic.
For now, there are complications one titan, Khaz’gorath, maker of the sentient races born of stone and other minerals, refuses to let his carefully made creations die off. He has bestowed knowledge of doom amongst his children, especially those who stand no chance on their own, the likes of Troggs and Gnolls.
Troggs the world over have been blessed with intellect, but their will is free, free to HATE gnomes and Dwarves, but they are smart enough to eke allies, the Tauren seem most welcoming, and other races are a bit skeptical, though Salvius and his Naga take pity as do the newly redeemed Satyrs.
With hope and envy guiding their moves, the newly smartened Troggs find solace in the Horde, who welcome them to find the secrets to the deconstruction of their enemies.
Horde Race: Trogg
Within their own desperation, and a boost in knowledge from Khaz’gorath’s influx, many Gnolls have grown organized, and some have begun to realize that depletion of their species is drawing closer. Though seen commonly as an enemy, one Gnoll champion met formally with one Varian Wrynn and requested an honorable duel with high stakes. Thinking victory beyond easy, Varian accepted in spite of heavy odds. Though fighting fierce, the gnoll seemed to barely break a sweat, and the Alliance’s leader fell.
Showing mercy and restoratives of good will, the gnoll revealed itself to be the champion of the newly formed Mudfist clan, building themselves a city and seeking to make peace for their survival. Though a skeptical man, Varian would not turn back on his word in front of many spectators and on that day, the Gnolls of Mudfist joined the Alliance. Though known as the champion of the Mudfist, nay, All gnolls, one name stands above all else: the legendary Hogger. Many view the Gnolls with wary eye, but thus far their intents seem sincere, if not desperate.
Ally Race: Gnoll
Those who seek magic may sometimes seek magic they do not master, but would steal from another and control or destroy it! Spell Breakers are graduating from the mysteriously located Spellbreaker Academy. 45 levels worth of time has been spent in the university walls learning how to counteract magic. Now those gifted offer their martial and anti-magical combat to break things meticulously. New Spell Breaker heroes take the scene!

New instances:
CoT
: The lack of enemy dragons is a good sign that they haven't been meddling, yet their meddling has ripped Timespace and heroes must fix it!
The Fall of Sargeras
: Become soldiers of his Titan army and aid Sargeras as you quest to aid him against the Nathrezim. You may have to fight a weakened and maddened Sargeras to calm him down after he succumbs to heavy corruption, you of course don't kill him.
Storming Zin-Azshari
: Unlike most maps, you are NOT aided by or aiding any prominent heroes, your mission is to wittle down the Highborne in an ambush on the city some time before the greatest battle of 10,000 years ago begins. You might meet prominent figures such as Saldios, the would be leader of the Horde's Naga, Vashj, Xavius and Azshara herself, none of them are yet mutated, and of course, none of them die here, some may fight, but none die. Salvius, for one, imparts some secrets to you willingly before he heads out to meet with Cenarius. In the end, your mission is specific no value targets that the bend in spacetime has made dangerous to the future if not fixed. As a Highborne, you must be careful how you deal with civilians.
This mission is an assassination dungeon, not built for heavy combat, but you gotta be careful not to alert others to your intent.
Other
The Will of (Nor)Gannon
Our first raid with Titan power, this instance takes us against Norgannon supporting titan creations and giants. Many sorcerous forces think they can be spared via supporting him.
Hogger will join you in here whether you're Horde or Ally.
This is a 10/25 man raid, but there's a special 40 man version only available here with greater rewards.
At one point, Hogger will be mind controlled and will need to be beaten upon. FINALLY a true 40 man Hogger raid, this one actually for epics. When beaten, he will regain himself and offer supplies (epics) and then go recuperate while you carry onwards.
Getting to the end, you fight an Avatar champion of Norgannon, known simply as Noraway. Defeat him and get even more lewt.

Norgannon is furious that his Dragon Aspect was killed... or rather, it's what drew his attention towards Azeroth and not the chaotic abuse of magic in the first place. It is clear to Norgannon that another Dragon aspect of magic MUST be made. By decree from other titans themselves, however, the other aspects are respectfully told to remain out of the crisis of Norgannon's desire for a reset on life.
Khaz'Gorath also seeks to create a new aspect, one that won't fall to corruption, but he's not angry at the mortal races for the work of the Vile Old Gods. He trusts his earthen children to destroy chaos much like they did in ages past and still do today.
Defying Norgannon is one of his order: Kalecgos, who wishes to ascend to the rank as new aspect leader. Norgannon however wants to eradicate all blue dragons first and foremost!

Very interesting, I like the lore you've put behind it. However, I think that the Hogger thing is a bit much.

I chose Gnolls because they're vicious and barbaric, the way the Alliance lacks some fishy people... not fishy the way Naga and Murlocs are, but suspicious, sure the Nerubians and Ice Trolls are rather feral, but they mostly want to stay to themselves, Nerubians especially are quite Lawful... Lawful Evil, granted, but still willing to follow honor.
If it wasn't Gnolls, it'd have been Vyrkul, but Northrend has had enough glory, we need new Eastern Kingdom races. Let's look at where things stand.
Naga start in Kalimdor, at a beachhead east of Stonetalon.
Furbolgs are east of Winterspring along a cavernous beach.
Murlocs share home with Naga in Kalimdor
Nerubians and Ice Trolls mostly live in New Azjol in Northrend.
Taunka are also Northrenders.
Stonemaul Ogres connect zones in Dustwallow and Barrens.
Pandaria is hidden, someone on or off the coast of Kalimdor, but on a World Map, it'll show with a question mark off to the side.
The redeemed Satyrs are somewhere just out of Ashenvale Forest.
Quilboar are near Southern Razorfen zones just off the Barrens.
As such, we need more crowding in Azeroth. Troggs are a bit cramped near the Badlands near Ulduman area, and Gnolls live more safely by Redridge Mts.
I also chose Troggs because I find them intriguing, and the Horde could use some Titan origin representiation.
There will, of course, be heroic Ulduman, and the instance gets a rehaul at both basic 5 man and heroic modes as well to make it more viable to complete.

I added a few instances, such as the adventures to get the Pentacord from Gannon Dwarfs.
As of CwtT, there are 12 races and 120 options per side. This means that on average there are 10 classes per race, of course the maximum is 11 though the minimum is 9.

Oh, I have no problem with using gnolls, at least, not with the way you've described it. I just think that using Hogger as its leader is a bit... much. People would react poorly to using a character like that which has been the base of so many jokes through the ages.
But the character Saurfang has been recived well, so maybe...

I like the idea, I was actually thinking about something Norgannon related as well, very close to this. I would also put Alexstraza against Norgannon, as well as Eonar, 'cause they hate stuff getting killed. I wouldn't mind some better race choices as well, Gnolls and Troggs seem a bit lack luster. Troggs = Dwarf first draft, that the titans needed some revision on. Fail Dwarves, to be exact. Gnolls = Lore? What lore? I AM HOGGERZ NEWB!
Edit: Lol at Zelda references. Maybe one quest line, but I seriously doubt that we will have multiple dungeons just to make a cool reference, with randomly generated artifact lore (Smartness=Intelligence, and sounds worse by the way). However, I want to see Linkin in it, and instead of Saurfang cleaves, he has spin attack! Oh woe to his enemies who face...
Hurricane Spin!

Class combos added.
You may notice the Troggs having more options than Gnolls. That's no biggie because Spell Breaker is the tiebreaker, and only 7 other Horde races get it, meanwhile there are 8 old races getting Spell Breaker.
More details will come when I have time.

While Hogger Mudfist is no longer the leader, he IS their champion, and his defeat of Varian proves that having a deep past doesn't beat the ability to withstand 40 man raids for years on end.
Hogger will play a decent sized role in this adventure as will the new Trogg leader, Grimrok, brother of the power maddened Hunter, Grimlok.
A sane geomancer, Grimrok wants to survive, but his people simply loathe the other races of Titan heritage: Human, Gnome, Dwarf and Gnoll alike. Worgens intrigue them to say the least.
Gnolls, well most are still vicious and bloodthirsty, but they honor their pact, for none would dare oppose high captain Hogger without at least a hundred men.
Spellbreaker thread will be on the way soon.

Gannon Dwarf
I suppose it is too much, isn't it?
A pun, taken too far, and I was going to have them with goblinesque ears and blue skin.
I'm glad, nay, I'm suprised that reception is good for such odd races.I was at first thinking Vyrkul for Alliance instead, but then I figured gnolls need love, and Hogger has a heckuva story to tell... or he should!

Vrykul would have been a poor choice. Too big to fit into some structures.
And dwarf vrykul... can you say "human"?

I thought Vyrkul were 9ft tall at most: Ogres and Tauren are about the same if not a hair shorter.
Still, the idea of Vyrkul working with races they see as lesser seems off. Society doesn't seem as losely held as other tyranny/evil races such as Naga, Nerubians or Quilboar.
Never said I'd make dwarf Vyrkul, they'd still have been taller.
For the most part, I've had my fill of Azeroth Races filling the charts. Though lunar, Outland and who knows! There are places beyond where sentient beings seek to fill Blizzard's wallet further.
