ran RFC on my 80 DK... I Wiped
HAHAHAHA.. I'm sorry... *snicker* *gag* BWAHAHA~
For me, it's any run with a half-baked tank. I don't mean tanks that are learning, I mean tanks that are bad and don't accept the fact that they need to learn. Sometimes, I just offer to switch back to my primary spec and let them DPS for the rest of the run.
Yeah I decided Hey I am going to pull the whole instance. and I did every last mob. Including the ones who shield slam you. they timed it just right so that every time I came up anouther one slamed me took them 13 mins to kill me but they did. I couldn't even get of a raise dead it was that quick at beating me down again and again and again.

In my guild, we have fun no matter what we're doing (for the most part), so my "run without end" had plenty of laughs, but MAN am I glad it's over.
It happened last week. In order to get "Champion of the Frozen Wastes", a few of us just needed to do The Oculus. Yeah, it's just a heroic, but there are many reasons we've avoided doing it. Mainly, three of our Heroic / Raiding group have seizures, me included, and that instance is NOT good for people with light sensitivity.
So, we decided to suck it up on a day we were feeling well, and finish up the instance. We blew through Drakos with no issue, then got down all the constructs. Then comes Mage-Lord Urom. Platform fights went fine, he teleported to the center and we explained the fight to the healer, who had never been there. He couldn't get behind a pillar to save his life. When we asked him about it, we found out he thought Urom wasn't in the center, and he was hiding on the SIDE of the pillar. Okay, that was ironed out, and he went down on the next go.
Again, we were blowing through it without incident, and then came Eregos. Our tank took the Ruby drake, and for some reason, even though the time stops were perfectly timed, and the whelps were one-shotted, the tank's drake just kept dying. Our healer was hitting the heal button, and for some reason it wasn't working.
After about 10 minutes of discussion, he realized he had our tank targeted, and not his drake. X-Perl /facepalm.

I'm a healer, so yes, CONSTANTLY. Why must people be so retarded when doing such simple things as clearing trash or fighting bosses with no hard moves.

Aughh had one of these just yesterday
Was doing reg UP for the childrens week achievement and I picked up anyone who wanted to do the instance. This was not a good idea but I did so anyway, ended up getting a full group.
Ends up that the tank is alright but not the greatest, this would have been fine except for our healer kept overhealing the tank and OOMing asap and the two other dps were at about 500 dps at 79 and 80. We end up making it to skadi because the tank was pulling every trick possible to survive and I was dpsing hard as possible. At skadi the tank becomes way too frustrated after 3 wipes and leaves and the healer gets the guilds raid tank. This tank is very good and is able to make up for the healers lack of heals and we are able to kill king and get achievement.
I hated that run though so frustrating

You ever had BWL geared Warrior and Priest guildies run you (and another guy) through SM Armory... and wipe?
They announced just as the run started that they were both really really drunk.

Heh, most PuGs I get myself into, I end up wanting them to end ASAP.
Also, at the original poster, you didn't mention marking the mobs. Sure, you are quite a few levels higher than the instance, but half your party was in their 70s.
I know from experience.
During the Lunar Festival event, I needed the Elder from Azjol-Nerub. I notice a group of people in their 70s, and decided it would be an easy run. The first pull, we wiped. Probably the most embarrassing thing to happen during my tanking career.
Slightly off-topic, but whatever.
