please give suggestion about Enhancement Shaman Leveling Talent Build?

I'm not a fan of the stuff you picked in elemental.

In all honesty if you plan on leveling your Shaman to 70 and potentially leaving him Enhancement for endgame, you should go up to Shamanistic Rage in the Enha tree.

I'd get rid of Guardian Totems, Toughness and maybe Anticipation. Use those points to get further up the Enha tree.

If you are going elem (as opposed to resto which is more a typical enh build) with your enh, I'd do a build like this:

This is taking into consideration that the 1 pt in 2H becomes elemental focus on the enh side, and mental quickness gets its added benefits. Also that Sham Rage will get the added bonuses (All from 2.3 patch.)

As an enh you really won't have time to cast your timed spells especially if someone's in your face. Shocks and totems are really all you need in your elemental arsenal, and only if you need them (i.e., as enh you're going to be mana constrained all the way through your career). Hopefully the new buffs in elemental focus in enh plus the focus in elem would help mitigate some of that shortage. Eye of the Storm really is for aw cr@p situations where heals are needed.
