You're only asking for specs so I'll just talk about specs.
I've been playing around with different enh specs and gearing while in arenas. I've come up with this build:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#hVMAoZMGgcsxzIGzoRuio:NjuVcThis is for high dps output in a pvp setting. If you find that you're usually the kill target and would like more survivability, switch your 5 points from Flurry into Toughness and take a point from Elemental Devastation and put it into Elemental Warding. If hit rating is an issue for you, trade the points I have in Anticipation into DW Spec and put a Weapon Chain on your weapon. The frost shock glyph isn't mandatory but I haven't thought of a better option.
PvP success usually revolves around 3 things: Damage, Survivability, and Control. With this build you will have a 5 second interrupt cooldown, a 13 second grounding totem cooldown, mana conservation, and anti-disarm. It would be nice to have 5/5 Elemental Fury but imho, 5/5 reverberation is more important for pvp. Mana conservation is important too because ooming = death for you.
Enh PvP is really fun. Just use your abilities correctly and you should be fine. Your only real weakness will be prot classes (unless it's a prot paladin in prot gear, then you can just kite him and lol) and kiting classes like Frost mages and Hunters. If you don't have wolves when against kiters, you'll be in a bit of trouble. Arms Warriors can be a pain as well.
It gives you the utility Shaman abilities (Frozen Power, Earthen Power,
Stronger Stoneclaw + Larger Earthbind)
Lol at stronger stoneclaw = pvp :P
