my guild finishes all of our raids in 2 days and i was thinking about picking up some pvp to pass the time until uludar.
i have some savage gear and i have all of my valorous gear
for arenas where should i start?

Savage gear sucks. Use hateful at least, you can buy a lot of it with badges. Grab a paladin and a dk and you'll have a great 3v3.
