Well, enhance shamans are easier to control than warriors since they don't really have any intercept / charge / intervene - like ability. They also have less armor and are therefore squishier against melee. They have potential of tearing casters a new one if they get a few lucky WF procs, but overall I feel like enhance is a tad gimped in PvP.
Warriors on the other hand rely on rage to perform attacks, which you might have a hard time generating at times, especially if you are beating on a priest bubble (according to Blizz, absorb = no damage = no rage).
Although, I've never played a 70 enhance shaman, so I don't know much more about them.
What you might want to consider is an elemental shaman - solid caster DPS, not mitigated by armor, offheal as necessary.

In all honesty warriors are the stronger PvP class. But being a 70 hunter with 10k HP I've had Enhancement shamans kill me in ~5 seconds - so they can be good.
The biggest factor is that warriors ARE harder to lock in place. Extremely hard to fear and charge/intercept is a blink in your face. The only thing shamans get is a 1 sec ghost wolf (40% run increase) and frost shock/ earthbind totem - when these are utilized correctly you can close the distance on casters. Also you can respec with shaman as a healer but requires you to regear yourself.
For pure melee, warriors are a better bet but I find shaman more fun to play.
