...For a arms warrior. The sword has better damage but hunter stats, the axe has lower damage and warrior stats.
Sword specc can be nice especially when i need to burst down something, but its luck based. Axe specc is reliable, more crits (36% vs 31%) more deep wounds.
The sword looks ok, the axe looks like crap. But if looks was what mattered most id be using axe of the gronn lords, sword of justice or the shoveler.
Which is best? I feel like arms is hard to test properly ,with adhd, concentrating while hitting a dummy is hard for more than 30secs, and its a rng specc. Especially sword specc.

Sword spec sucks.
Stick with the axe.

i think the biggest problem with sword spec is not the proc rate, but the internal CD. poleaxe spec is still superior.

Are we talking about pve or pvp ?
PvE: Axe all the way. You crit all the time and those crits are increased by 5% wich is neat.
PvP: That sword proc can really surprise you ( and the guy with twice the amount of sharp metal in the face ). I saw it crit for 4k so you can imagine how a MS-White hit-Sword Spec-OP can hurt in 2 GCDs. And I gotta admit, the fun factor is huge in the balance.
And since our 2 key habilities ( MS, OP ) can get a huge crit increase via talents, Sword is the way to go for PvP.

This guy seems a little uninformed.
So do you. Sword spec is still terrible. And as for fury, that sword is waaaay better then the axe. My spreadsheet has it at +140dps more then the axe.
