Diseases are magic damage so this increases disease dmg by 10% as well as the 30% from cypt fever for a 40% disease increase right?

ebon does everything that crypt fever does plus the magic damage debuff.

So what is disease dmg considered? Its own disease dmg type? Is it resistable with magic school resistances, like frost resistance?

disease damage = disease damage (not magic, not poison etc)

Should also be noted, if you run with another DK in the raid who has EB, it will not stack. So, if you are
always
with them it may not be necessary to pick as well (unless you want the 3% crit buff)

well... not only does it not stack but it currently doesn't apply. the first person to get EP up will have it and other unholyDKs will not. this is a bug that blizz are well aware of. think they said they're having more trouble fixing it than they'd expected.
