You have all the basic talents needed to be a good fury warrior. Moving around a few points here and there can be done to what you feel works best. Piercing howl isn't something I get but I can see how people can get addicted to it and feel they need it. It is like me being undead with my racial, I think I would have a hard time being a different race.
trickAP said what I would have said about talents though. imp HS helps a lot since your OH will still generate rage when you use HS.

First, you need to determine if you are going to be raiding at all. If you are, your main tank may ask you to put up Thunder Clap and Demo Shouts for him, and in that case you may consider specc'ing into those two talents. If not, you can leave them alone.
Secondly, are you serious about PvP? Piercing Howl is nice, but that point would be better spent in Imp. WW if you want to maximize your DPS. It's all up to you, either you go for a little more PvP survivability or choose to max your DPS. Personally, I would never PvP as Fury. Once upon a time, in the land of pre-BC, it was viable, but resilience has killed it.
Place your talents according to how you see fit. The important things to get in the Arms tree, no matter what you are doing, are Imp. HS, Anger Management, Deep Wounds, and Impale. Your Fury tree is fine, although if I were to change anything, I would put that point from Piercing Howl into Imp. WW.
The reasoning behind 1 point in Imp. WW is the cooldown timer. With the GCD at 1.5 seconds, BT at 6 seconds, and WW with 1 talent point in it at 9 seconds, your BT and WW cooldowns will never "overlap", which means you can use them as soon as each one is off the cooldown.
