Two-hander:
Pros= Massive burst dps
Cons= Massive burst dps, UR procs low
Dual Wield:
Pros= Constant dps, more regular UR procs, better white dps
Cons= Requires higher hit rating, lack of burst dps, chance of WF cooldowns overlapping, lower WF damage
Two-handers has unfortunately taken a large hit as desirable weapons in TBC due to increased stamina pools and resilience removing luck based one-shots that Enhance used to love, and easily available +hit removing a previous gear barrier to minimising the miss penalty for dual wielding.

As much as I miss using a 2h to SS and 1 shot someone, DW is where it's at now... Stick with the 2 HWL axes you linked, anything faster than 2.6 you will start having issues with WF overlapping and cuttting back your DPS. Also as an Orc you can pretty much negate the DW miss penalty just thru talents if you are using axes, which free up slots for +STR and Crit rating.
*Edit* When I said negate the penalty that was only in relation to WF procs which cap out at +9% (reached via Imp DW and Nature's Guidance)
