If you want Feral Aggression AND Infected Wounds AND Improved Mangle AND Improved LotP there's no way in hell you'll have points for Master Shapeshifter. You can clear up Improved LotP and Imp Mangle and fill up Master Shapeshifter. However that Imp LotP is pretty useful in the Anub'Arak fight, leech phase for instance. But generally speaking, Master Shapeshifter will get you more TPS than Imp Mangle and Imp LotP isn't much of a big deal to give up in a maxed out tank build.

Is feral aggression that good? I wasn't really sure, I currently have King of the Jungle 3/3 that I want to drop for imp bash (can't rely on our rogue to kick worth a damn).

Omen of Clarity- why do tanks need this? it causes abilities not to use rage, yet when im raiding my rage bar is always full, also the generation of rage causes threat, so me not using rage for that ability actually reduces threat per second, any ideas?
I actually like it, and think it's worth putting there if you don't sacrifice anything for it. My build is basically the same as foley's, but 3/5 furor instead and the last point in OoC. There's 2 main reasons why:
I like to solo old instances, and then you need all the rage you can get.
When tanking fights that reduce the numbers of needed tanks (Northrend Beasts comes to mind), I swap to kitty-form for some "bad" dpsing, and it helps out a bit there.
It will also help a little bit on fights where you get rage-starved.
