Two things:
1. If the staff had some amount of hybridism within its forms, it'd feel more druidic. Ideally this class is about dynamic roles within a fight.
2. Needs a party effect that scales to make it not get immediately outdistanced by the next epic that comes along

Feral Staff has too low agility. It is much better than strength for both DPS and tanking. I'd remove the +hit, exchange str and agi stats and additionally add the +hit item points to agi.

Bare in mind that any Feral druid is going to be putting +35 agi on it anyway.

In the healing staff i would prefer to trade the spellhaste for additional spirit.
Feral staff, 12 Hit Rating is a bit too low for a legendary i think. I know it would be possible but imo more stats than that.
And i would like to see more odd effects. No good example but maybe like 10% of your healing done is spread on your party, like a vampiric embrace.
1. I'll take into consideration, although some restodruids in my Realm actually like spell haste.
2. 12 Hit rating may be low on a legendary, but feral druids don't really need THAT much hit, 8.6% cap.

I've heard quite a lot of this, but lets list the amount of end-game feral staffs that have agility on them:
- Karazhan DPS Staff
- ??? What else.
This staff basically has that agility on it as a bonus.
Strength and agility DPS wise are equal. Agility gives 1 AP and crit while Strength gives 2 AP (no talents into consideration). I generally have them at an equal amount when raiding in SSC, Gruul's Mag, and Kara and I am usually no 4/5 on 25 mans or 2/3 on 10 mans.

Bingo, this is what I was thinking when I made the staff. A feral druid would smack 35 agility on it and it would be good for both tanking AND DPSing.
