As a resto druid, I keep rejuv up on everyone, regrowth and lifebloom x3 on the tank, and use wild growth when i can. Easy. :)

The adds will randomly explode, even if they aren't killed. Have your group spread out a bit, but not stray out of your range. This is harsh on melee, because melee will take alot of damage due to the exploding ghouls. If the group is too close and someone aggros a ghoul, when it explodes, it will hit everyone. Speading out helps decrease AoE damage to party members. Also, they will show a "hunter's mark" like mark on their heads before they explode, so move from them when this happens.
All dps should be focused on burning him down and not attacking adds. If you have a pet class with you, you can have them send in their pet to aid in ranged or the healer with an add, and have their pet stun or pull it away frmo you, but they drop aggro fast.
Basicly, all single target dps on the boss, no AoEs, spread out and burn him fast. As a tank, I burn all my divine protection on this phase, and then burn my LoH if I need in phase 3.

Sounds like your dps is retarded.
They are trying to kill the adds.... dont.
The boss will just spam Ghoul Explode and you will all eventually die.
Focus fire on the boss and the adds will become immobilized and self destruct..... simply walk away when this happens and you will take "ZERO" damage.
He has very little hp and will die fast.... ending that phase.
You've just been learned.
I've done the instance on heroic every day since the patch and this is by far the best plan. When tanking I still tap swipe a few times to try to ensure the ghouls are on me for the most part at least until they aren't, but as long as you burn the Knight down quick, its easy enough to just move away from the ghouls.
Usually I advise the DPS to save any cooldowns for phase 3, since that seems to be where my groups have had the most trouble.

bad group or they did go with no clue
Black Knight
P1-tank spank heal (easy)
P2- throw around revju and nourish(like tank and spank fight just with spike if people cant walk away from ghoul)
P3-wild growth every Cd and revju and just nourish (frost wyrm in nax fight, people drop hp just a tad faster)
overall : its free epics instance that very easy

I've had a ton of problems with my groups healing on my druid for this fight, this helps a bunch. I'll try these tactics out. =D

Its solo healable as long as people aren't wearing greens.

Its more healing intensive than any other heroic (I cant really think of any off the top of my head that would make me use nourish other than this) but still is pretty easy compared to most raids. If your a fresh 80, then you might struggle with this, otherwise its not that bad.

Also got around 1900 SP and I never really had a problem with the damage output. Rejuv on everyone, Wild Growth on cooldown, Regrowth always active on the tank. Then spam Nourish on the tank, Swiftmend when necessary and Regrowth on a dps if he takes a lot of damage.
My main problem are the adds. The tank has to be really good in picking them all up, if he doesn't I die. This seems to be easier with less squishy healers (Pala healers) which can just tank the adds without much of a problem.
And in the transition from phase 1 to phase 2 you have to make sure that everyone knows to run from the explosion. Starting phase 2 already with half health is a very bad thing.
Phase 3 then is easy as long as you have good dps. Just Rejuv / Wild Growth / Regrowth the whole party and Nourish when necessary (having it glyphed helps).
I never used Lifebloom in any of the fights ...
Generally you want to be sure to have a good tank (both in gear and skill) in there and dps with around 20k hp at least.
