Xperl.
It's all you will ever need other than standard UI stuff(omen, questhelper, DBM, gladius, etc....)
I do use badkitty in raid to track mangle tho. Some people just fail at keeping debuffs up.

Squawk and Awe may not be updated for 3.2 BUT it works perfectly fine still.

GridStatusLifebloom is actually not that great.
GridStatusHoTs is much better. I can also cover Lifebloom and does well on all other HoTs. Especially the color change when it's about to run out is awesome.
Combinte it with GridSideTexts or GridCornerTexts and mouseover macros and you got yourself an awesome healing setup ;)

Oh and another thing: Many Druids like VuhDo. I think VuhDo is the better HealBot (because icons are in a fixed position, makes it easier to see who is correctly hotted up) and it should be in that list.
Then maybe split the Resto section in three, noting that you either need VuhDo or HealBot or Grid (with either mouse-over macros or Clique).

I used to use Squawk and Awe, but recently removed it for the Eclipse Quartz Module. With Target Debuffs enabled in Quartz, I can keep track of most of the stuff I'm most concerned with (the Innervate/Starfall/Barkskin cooldowns were nifty, but not something I really need to see active on my screen). Plus, I can size it better to fit in my UI.
Also use Grid (with ManaBars enabled so I can see who to hit with Innervate, if I need to) and Decursive. Also, BadKitty is made of win.

Another interesting addon:
Power Auras Classic (
Curse
)
Since we got Squawk and Awe for moonkins it's not that great there but it's very nice to have to track OoC procs as resto.
The main advantage is its versatility - it is useful to a lot of classes and you can also track all your DK, Shaman, Mage or whatever procs with it.

#showtooltip
/cast Faerie Fire (Feral)(); Faerie Fire
This is somewhat unnecessarily complex. If you want to cast FFF only when in Cat or (Dire) Bear Form, and the normal FF in all other cases, you can simply do:
#showtooltip
/cast Faerie Fire (Feral)(); Faerie Fire
Also, I prefer
form
to
stance
-- not only is it shorter, but it makes more sense for druids.

Another thing on stances...
Stance:0 will work for stealth in cat form. I personally use for combining attacks into one button (ie, binding Pounce with Rake, so when you are stealthed it will activate Pounce, when not, it defaults to Rake.)
Also, modifier macros are key for squeezing all the feral abilities into one easy to reach key, imho. Here is one example:
#showtooltip
/cast Fairie Fire (feral)(); Barkskin; Lacerate
EDIT:
I personally recommend you not use Curse as a download site. Too many stories of hacks coming from keylogger ads on that site. Try
www.wow-interface.com
instead, or your download site of choice.
Cheers.

stealth
works as well, and isn't as obfuscated. I had no idea you could use
stance
/
form
for that purpose.
#showtooltip
/cast Ravage; Rake

I've been using Curse since it was
www.curse-gaming.com
and I have never had a problem with anything. Why? Because you
can't get malware by downloading Lua files
. In order for something to install on your computer, you have to run it. The only other way to get stuff without you knowing it is via browser/java/whatever exploits (usually deployed through ads that have nothing to do with the site that ends up displaying them). Download Adblock and NoScript and use Firefox and you will never have problems with any site again.
