I honestly don't think MyTie was ever out of line. He never got defensive or rude at any point.
Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr are the internet's hangouts. With these sites, people feel they can voice their opinions and thoughts through anonymity and without physical confrontation.
They're considered social media, meaning they allow for open discussion amongst users, where as just media is news. American media =/= American social media.

Well, 2 hours into Planetscape Torment and...... this is a very VERY strange game :P
It certainly breaks the mold when it comes to your typical dungeon crawler, I'll give it that much.
On average what's the duration of this thing? how many gameplay hours? (Asuming you talk to everything and everyone as I often do)

but do you need to continue? For example I can get angry in secounds and why? I'm temperamental person so I can get pissed off very fast. So which to blame? Body or mind? Or the person which coused the anger?
As I said I'm very unstable person so if you see my writing turning into aggressive just don't reply me ok?
This is a dangerous line of thought. I don't
have
to continue, but that doesn't mean that I
shouldn't
. I see no compelling reason why I should stop posting. Further, if someone attempts to intimidate me, with anger, or with not-so-subtle murder references, it is my natural inclination to NOT bow to that intimidation.
Finally, your anger is yours. No one else's. You cannot "blame" it on anyone. You cannot use your aggression to get people to stop posting. That has no place here.I honestly don't think MyTie was ever out of line. He never got defensive or rude at any point.
Thank you.I'm not angry at you mytie. I meant to write hungry and pissed off.
Again, I'm not saying they're media, I'm saying that the mainstream media are what's making people scared and acting like idiots. Stop ignoring half of what I'm saying.
Kind of like what I'm talking about above, people themselves are responsible for their own feelings. The media should not simply ignore
extremely newsworthy
stories, such as North Korea, because some people will get scared, and some people are racist.

So if I make you angry and you can't blame me and you can only blame yourself?
Absolutely right.

So no one has right to be angry?
You have a right to be angry, but you do NOT have a right to use it inappropriate, such as intimidating others. Further, if you get angry, it is because you allowed yourself to become angry, not because of the actions of others, especially forum posts.

On the other hand, most mainstream news sites have a tendency to sensationalise events to make them 'sell' more, so to speak. Especially once the word "nuclear" gets used -it has an instant sensationalising effect. Combined with a lot of public racism, as demonstrated through social media (it proves its existence, that's all Chels was arguing that it does)... well. Wars have been "justified" on less, and I feel like it's really not necessary. I think most of what NK is doing is its usual rhetoric, and a show of strength more dramatic than before to try and help legitimise Kim Jong-Un's position as supreme ruler through reinforcing his cult. I don't think the leaders would actively push for war, because they have got to
know
that they will be curb-stomped by SK and its allies. I could be wrong, of course.

I don't think it is possible to "sensationalize" nuclear news.
I think the people who are racist against Koreans, and war monger due to that, or for any reason, are a pretty small and uniformed minority.
In my mind, I weigh two possible realities. The reality we have, where the news does sensationalize some things, but I can use my common sense while reading a blend of sources to come to the truth. The other reality, is one where the news doesn't print stuff like the North Korean threats, because they sensor themselves for what they think the people should not be hearing.
These two realities are polar opposites, but I prefer the one that allows the dumbest of us to be misled, and say dumb things, than the one that keeps us in the dark.
To summarize: I don't see the benefit in not reporting news worthy events due to the ability to interpret the news in a negative fashion, even with the acknowledged fact that the news will sensationalize when they can.So no one has right to be angry?

So if I come to beat you (unlikely) and your family would you have right to be angry? Couse you allowed yourself for anger.
Edit: Oh how I love Off-Topics...
This is the falacy
reductio ad absurdum
, but yes, it's still true. My emotions are inside my head. They are mine, and I choose what they are. Although I am heavily influenced by the world around me, ultimately it is up to me if I allow myself to get angry.

You have a right to be angry for any reason. You can be angry because you saw a fluffy bunny. You can be angry because a kitten meowed. You can be angry because it is Thursday.
All of that is your right.
You do not have the right to intimidate others.
You are not excused to do so just because you had a hard life.

Or you can be happy because it is Thursday, as demonstrated by Rystrave.

Intimidate? No no no... I just told my life. Is it intimidating? Is it intimidating to tell the truth?
I think language barriers are getting in the way.
