I've resisted the urge to do that, to watch a playthrough. I must play it by myself.
Well the guy I watched only done 4 videos so far, totaling about 2 hours of game time. But he likes to go and look in every nook and cranny for things. And he really gets into the game. I watched him play Bioshock 2 and Dishonored. Getting all worked up about what happened. And I only watched a couple of those videos. I don't know what else he did in the playthrough.
He hasn't really gotten anywhere in BI, just gotten a couple vigors and killed some people.
A plus side is I will know where some goodies are hiding. Because by the looks of it money is kind of scarce in the beginning.

Stop trying to break my concerned-o'meter, Elura.
What's concern?

If you want to talk about a guy on youtube, be so kind and mention his name. It is the best way you can help them, and one of the few ways that word about them can get around.
And the guy you talk about sounds a lot like Jesse Cox, but he has already done 6 videos of Bioshock Infinite, so it's probably someone else.
Can't wait to try that one, I've heard that its ending is truly spectacular, which is actually a tall order these days. Most games have either an average ending, or a really piss-poor ending that only angers and confuses the player. But for the ending of Bioshock Infinite, I've heard nothing but praise, and how its brilliant, mindblowing, etc.
I wish I had the time and patience to complete all the games I own. Watching (listening to tabbed) playthroughs helps me a lot, it is a way I can experience a game while doing other things, like mundane work tasks. There are so many games that I just bought in a sale and watched a playthrough of. One would say that is really weird. But I just go by the wise words of
Mike B a.k.a. Fony
, (paraphrased) "We are not buying these games to play them
now
, we are stocking up for when we are old and stuck in nursing houses; that's when we will start rummaging through our ancient Steam accounts and play these old gems!"

I love this review
. It's almost as if they have no idea what New Mystery of the Emblem is.
Seriously. I don't care if it's Japanese only. Do some damn research.

I bought a lot of cutesy clothes from korea and I love it but dressing in it makes me feel like a boy dressing up as a girl. Which is fine, but it's not what I want to feel like.
Why can't I be girly D:
Trust me. You're girly enough.

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.
We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.
We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.
These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete.
Remember to spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.
Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.
Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.
Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.
Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.
Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.
And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away.

Yeah I was thinking about it and just forgot.
His name is Rythian. He is part of the Yogscast team, but he isn't as easy going as everyone else. He gets really serious and immensely into the games he plays, even in the Let's Play of Minecraft you can it.
He has done several other playthroughs, but
I haven't watched but a few of them.

That would be a good idea, if only games could work forever on any system but they don't ='(
Tried to replay some of my older games a while back, and they no longer work on my PC. For example, Day of the Tentacle, classic of classics in the genre of graphic adventures, try to run that on a modern PC.
For some inexplicable reason, Max Payne 1, no longer works on my PC, Tried to replay The Nomad Soul and the same thing happened. and there are several more games that I can't remember ATM that I bought a long time ago, they are still functional, but are not compatible with these fancy new CPUs, OS, or Videocards.
For example, I'm in my mid 30s right now, and I love skyrim. Cool. I can't see myself being able to play Skyrim when I'm 70. Can Skyrim truly run smoothly on a PC 40 years from now? If I can't run anymore The Nomad Soul, a game that is 10 years old, how would I be able to run a game that is 40+ years old?
So I play it safe (lol, "play it" see what I did there?) and play these games while they're still compatible with today's technology, because in the future, they just wont work with the technology we will have over there.
Try to find a fully functional 8-track Cassette player :P
Why can't I be girly D:
You're not serious are you? if you're a tomboy, I'm a ballerina, complete with the tutu. Remember that youtube video you linked us a while back? Yeah, if you were any more girly in it, I'd probably melt :P
And now,
TIME FOR SOME AWESOME NEWS
=D
Just came back from my visit to the hospital, and ohhhhojojojojojojojo boy awesomeness ensued.
First on the waiting room, while we waited our turn, there were these 2 old hags, talking crap about the opposition in the upcoming elections, and how the PCV would steamroll everyone else, and how Maduro would preserve Chavez's legacy, and blah blah blah.
I would had gave them a piece of my mind, but my parents raised me to NEVER disrespect the elders, so I bit my tongue and said nothing, but they were REALLY annoying me, and it showed in my face. To top it off, they were talking real loud to make sure as many people within earshot heard them.
My wife, notices how these 2 women are bothering me, and to the rescue she goes, and in a really classy fashion. She starts to sing =D
Singing Christian songs, specially
this one
, she's not even singing particularly loud, just loud enough for the 2 ladies to hear her. The 2 ladies start talking louder to try to drown her singing, but she just keeps singing christian songs, and the 2 hags could no longer concentrate about talking crap about anyone who's not licking the cold dead feet of chavez. So they took off :P my wife quite litterally sprayed them with an anti-troll spray, in the form of singing and spook them off. She then looked at me and told me "happy now? =D"
Then came the actual check up, and ohhhh damn, awesome news indeed. The doc told me he's very impressed with how much my leg has healed already, apparently I have a...... well I dunno how to say it in english, in basic layman terms, I regen fast, really fast. So all those nasty meds they had me on? the ones that caused me to vomit a lot, feel nauseated, and overall miserable? yeah, they're gonna take me off them this Friday, instead of next Wednesday.
OHHH YES!
To make things better, they said its ok for me to go to that conference next week. To elaborate, on the Chef Academy I'm studying to be a chef, I've been selected to a special Symposium to be dictated in Caracas, its gonna be a grand affair, many international authorities in the world of advanced cuisine are gonna be there, and the certificate we're getting there, is gonna open up a lot of doors, on this Chef Career, my instructor says I'm one of the most talented students in the academy right now, and this is why me, along with 5 others were selected across the entire state, to be a part of this grandiose event.
The problem was, its next week, and I was worried I'd be unable to go, due to being recovering from surgery, or languishing in my bed feeling like complete and utter s*** due to these GOD-DAMNED MEDS. But nope, the meds are gone in 2 days, and I'll be fully able to go to Caracas next week, and mingle with some of the best chefs in the world. This is gonna be the closest I'll be to going to Blizzcon =D
All in all, today has been nothing but great news. So I'm happy right now ^_^
/does happy dance.
/on my head cuz I can't walk yet.
Not all is good news though.
While I don't exactly "trust" kotaku as a reliable news source (they got a lot of clowns in there allowed to write whatever garbage they want) the article seems genuine.
Take a look at this.
I have only
eight words
to say to Disney. And suddenly I don't feel so hopeful for the future of the Star Wars trilogy they're planning.

That's great news, Rank! Have fun at the symposium. :)
Also, your wife is awesome.
Baldur's Gate 2 that I've been replaying recently was released in 1998 iirc. It worked with no problems whatsoever as-is and requiring no compatibility mode or anything on Windows 7, but maybe I was just lucky with that particular title.
Sucks about LucasArts. I have many fond memories of the Jedi Knight series. The Force Unleashed games were pretty cool as well but they were pretty awful console ports (to PC).

I'm not sure dude. I checked the link, I clicked on the button that says "Stiahni Subor" and it asked me where to download the file. I select where, and hit Save. The site says its being downloaded, but oddly, I'm not seeing where.
Uff, I dunno how to properly say this in english........ I use Opera as my browser, and normally, when I download a file, it shows up in the "Download" tab here in opera, I also can check the place where the file is being downloaded and can see it there.
On the site you linked me, I selected a location for the file, hit save, but nothing is showing up in the download tab of Opera, instead, the site itself says its being downloaded, The progress bar is a little odd though, its been going back and forth between 1% and 0% for the past 5 min.
Out of curiosity, what's the size of the installation file? (So I can have a rough idea of how long it should take to download)
Edit: well, its 1% now, not flopping back and forth between 1 and 0. I'll let you know what happens when it reaches 100. This PC Will not be shut down till that happens.

Too bad he's a complete and total monster. Why is it that the eviler the person, the sexier the voice, in so many cases? In skyrim, the NPC with the sexiest voice in the whole game is Astrid, the Matron of the Dark Brotherhood.
