Closest thing to a last name most Draenei have is the town/city/planet they grew up on. I don't think they ever seen the need for it; after all Velen Archimonde and Kil'jaeden are all just one names with a title.

Same as the other races, something that makes sense to their cultural/race.

They might have had last names as Eredar, but following Sargeras' corruption of most of the race - They abandoned them? It would make sense.

This just occurred to me but, some of the named guards, people of importance, etc., might already have surnames, but we perceive them as first names.
Example:
King Genn
King Greymane
He is more commonly referred to by the latter term.
As an antithesis to the previous example:
Queen Elizabeth II
Queen Windsor
The former example is the one that is used most often. (In fact I don't think I've ever heard her referred to as "Queen Windsor" for that matter unless her full name preceded the surname, and even that has only been on very rare occasions.)
Either situation could be the case for the Draenei, but it's some food for thought.

draenei tradition normally doesn't share last-names as that would impply Lineage, and Family cast, and of course with that comes, discrimination in one way or another.
on draenei society all are equals and to show that, they don't have any family names, to make the point that in the light all are one big happy light-filled family of space goats :P
the few who do have last-names are the draenei shamans, as they kinda shy away from tradition.
draenei have been since what 25k years paladins, priests, mages, warriors, and hunters, these professions are as natural to them as jewelcrafting is.
but shamanism is an alien concept to them, introduced to their society less than 50 years ago, they don't frown on it, or think less of it, but it still is viewed outside of what normaly draenei do of their lives.
because of this shamans usually adopt lastnames, and these lastnames have to do with the elements and nature.
if draenei were to adopt last-names then the common feature would be the light of course and the naaru, but I can't think of any good combinations of features to make a decent last-name for a draenei, hence why my lowbie draenei paladin on an RP realm is just called Taleeria the Vindicator.

Don't thinks so, Archimonde and friends don't seem to have last names.
