Gonna have to agree with Illusion here, Dismantle and Bleeds are a Warrior's worst nightmare.
Personally I use the bleed rotation mentioned above, Warriors, and all plates wearers are generally classes I rarely 1v1, unless they're at 60% health, you never know how skilled that warrior is.

Cheap shot, mut, KS when CS wears off, Mut, mut, dismantle, /lol, mut mut, either vanish or evasion + sap...wait for DR to come off...restart....I either rocketboots or blind if they trinket mah stuff.
all of this varies ofc depending on how they try to counter...

Bleeds wreck warriors, and with crippling poison you can stay at a ranger far enough out of melee range but close enough to not get charged and let your bleeds tick while he can't touch you. It's about 8 or so feet in front of him that he wont be able to intercept you. Most warriors counter it with Intimidating Shout so be ready for it. Also 44/2/25 is a great pvp spec to use against warriors (and all plate wearers for that matter) as your finisher is going to be envenom which isn't mitigated by armor. You'll make them go sword and board quicker and force them to be on the defensive.

I will open with cheap shot, then rupture instead, then dismantle. Is there a big damage difference over opening with garrote? I just hate the idea of letting them bleed them crap out of me in that split second. That crap hurts. Other reason I like doing this is because they are waiting to trinket from KS, but will let you finish a cheap shot in most cases.

For me it depends on how much health the warrior has. Usually if they're at full health, I open with CS, then 5 point Rupture. They'll be waiting for the KS that never came, and won't trinket the CS. Then that bleed will be ticking. After that I usually go with a Dismantle, then start my Envenoming (assuming I have enough stacks). Then I pop a vanish after Dismantle ends, open with a Garrote, then a Mut > Mut > KS. More Muting, another rupture, some envenoms and /lol. If they're not dead by then, something went wrong.
If the warr is 60% or less, I usually open with a Garrote, followed by Mut Mut KS, Mut Mut Env, Mut Mut Rupture. Should be dead after that, if not... Dismantle and more Mut Mut Env.

usually a good player will wait for the kidney to trinket but you want to hope for a bad one, a strat I use on plate wearers is to cs-muti to 5 points then BLIND (hope they trinket) it if they do vanish then cs and expose armor and you have a free stunlock with a 5 point ea up, if they dont you get a restealth and can open with a garrote and a 5 pt rupture if you want or you can cs again and ks then to a 5 point rupt and vanish and watch the bleeds tick
This is a horrible way to blow a 2 mins CD, imo. Blind is just too valuable to use it in this reckless manner.

If they are sword and board, just go bleed them with dismantle and kite at around 5 yards until they get out of defensive, then vanish reopen while they have a 2h out and go to town with stunlock.
They trinket, you blind, reset and repeat and theyre too low to make a comeback without lol20kin2gcds crits.

Speaking from an arms warrior perspective: please, please pop evasion! That way I can overpower you every single second! You have
no
idea
how awesome it is when a rogue pops his eva against me.
Using evasion vs an armsy was so TBC.
No, I'd rather feed you rage so you bash my face in with mortal, heroic strike and roflcopter. Newsflash: warriors were saying "PLZ EVASION SO WE OVERPOWURR HUR HUR" in TBC aswel. It was stupid back then too.

I guess I'll feed you some infos, it looks like we have a non-believer here.
My beliefs come from actually playing the game and having some pvp experience. You, on the other hand seem to be basing your beliefs upon anonymous untested sources.

When I have to face arms warriors, I use many of the tactics already mentioned here.
But strategically, I avoid them whenever possible. Call me a coward, but the advantage of playing a Rogue is choosing your battles. Let the spellcasters kill arms warriors. If you want to help them out, use stunlock. Know your role in battle.

Yes, I do actually play an arms warrior in PvP, and I do quite well with him. Having trouble breaking 2.2k at the moment, and I don't think I will ever get more than 2.4k on any character, but I do believe I'm qualified to give advice on evasion, as the rogues I face do often use it on me, and I love it.
Wow, your arguments hold SO MUCH MORE water after saying that. Even more so after I checked your armory! Not that it makes any difference, you're still wrong in saying it's detrimental to use evasion against an arms warrior, but actually PROVING WHAT YOU SAID with an armory link is JUST AWESOME. I could say I broke 2.x k rating last week to support my arguments, but seeing as my character is available for inspection, it'd be clear I was lying. Alas, reaching such high ratings would make my opinion so much more credible.
Sure, you avoid 50% more of my white hits, but is that really worth taking many overpowers in quick succession in their place?
Newsflash: it isn't all about dodging white attacks. There's something about dodging MS and hamstring, too. I bet you won't kill anyone getting heals with just overpower.
