I found a pretty nice list on MMO's boards. (I don't really know WowHead's policy on giving direct links to other boards, so I'd just say to search their Death Knight forums for the thread "Pre-Heroic Tank Gear List".) I've found it very helpful, gotten my DEF rating up 100 or so points thanks to gear changes recommended on there.
