He meant Divine Sacrifice. It is a CD that redirects 30% of raid damage to the Paladin up to 150% of his HP. It is like the old Divine Guardian you linked, however it is not automatically active with Divine Shield. Divine Guardian has been changed so that it increases the effectiveness of the HP as well as increasing the damage absorbed by Sacred Shield by 10/20%.

My questio is... where is that talent? IT's not on the PTRs, did blizzard scrap it?

They removed it after they announced the changes they would be making to it, and it has not yet re-surfaced. It will reappear before 3.1 goes live (we still have a bit) barring any other changes they plan to make.
