It seems like a great idea on paper and is a perfect example of how personal Holy can get for a player. At the moment I'm mainly a Disc healer due paladins dcing all the time, but the few fights I'm holy I mostly have a rotation of "FHx3 -> PoHx2 -> CoH" for raid healing, if the damage is raid wide (XT/Kologorn/Ignis). Next to that I keep Renew/PoM up on the tank and some times toss some extra fh/poh if I got spare time. That mostly a lot of Flash Heals.
Anyways it does give 5 extra points to spread out. I am healing with a spec like
this
. Thats the spec I made up in 5 mins because they needed me raid healing. (I just realized but we almost got the same spec.)
Personally I got the feeling SoL is blocking Holy Concentration.
And I really don't got mana troubles, in most cases near the end of the fight I get a low mana (8k) warning and still got Shadow Fiend. So I still don't feel Healing Prayers gives extra use.
I was sad that couldn't take the 25% crit from Mediation, so at least that one I can get back.
I wonder how 3% healing from Blessed Resilience will do versus three points in Empowered Healing.
But in the end it a lot of personal factors/choices, if you can keep your raid alive and your mana under control then the spec is great for you. But it really falls down when you need to tank heal (unless you can be Disc, like me)

Just because you top the meters with a certain holy spec doesn't mean that spec is the dominate one. It just means you're a good healer.

Or a fast healer. The sniper healer. ^^ If it works for you then it works. Just one question
and had 40% uptime on Holy Concentration.
How did you found that out? What mod? Or was it wws?

Like you, I have been playing around quite a bit with specs. I have one for raid healing right now that I absolutely love:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#bVcbuhhmRhZbxxcfMsiuh0z
glyphs: CoH, PoH, F.Heal.
What I lose in Emp Healing and Divine providence I gain in Focused Power (4% healing to all spells) and Blessed Resilience (3% more healing to all spells). I also gain a TON of haste with Enlightenment and some spirit as well. Granted, I am missing 3% more healing to my PoH and CoH, but I gain 7% more healing to my G and F heals, and *gasp* PW:S (not to mention I'm not afraid of running myself OOM due to having Soul Warding). My break-down of comparing my hybrid vs a pure holy build is:
Hybrid: 17% more healing to all healing spells, applied to both base healing and spellpower
Holy: 10% more healing to all healing spells (base and spellpower); sp bonus to g.heal and f.heal; and 20% total more healing PoH and CoH.
For healing power, the builds are pretty comparable due to focused power. The big difference between the two is the mana-efficiency, speed, and healing power to ALL of my spells. My PW:S prevents more damage than my full disc build due to having spiritual guidance, and 10% more bonus of Spiritual Healing. Though I don't get the Rapture bonus, it becomes an effective tool for raid dmg prevention and life saving (think: slag pot, arcane clouds, bombs from robot boss man, etc) that only costs 14% base mana vs 23% for a normal holy build.
Anyway, those are my 2 cents if you want to try something fun.

Flash --------------------------08% -- 20 casts -- 26 SoL procs
Wait, does this mean you had 26 SoL procs and 20 flash heals? Does that mean every Flash Heal you casted was a SoL Flash Heal?

Thats the holy builds our priests are using and the majority of priests were using during ulduar progression. The 12% increased healing below 50% turned out to be a pretty big increase in output when needed.

If you are just raid healing and not touching a greaterheal then i'd go with this spec. This includes mental agility and soulwarding.
Yea soulwarding...when you are running and CoH is on cooldown, you might as wel use some shields if you see that the druids hots are on the target or knowing a chainheal is incomming, this way you can prevent further damage.

Yes, now that you mention that (and in a 25 man there usually is disc priest).
But I was just thinking what you could possibly do if you had only 50 talentpoints in holy...then again it wat 2 a clock at night when i was typing that. Its probably better just to stay deep holy and only go for the mental agilility if you really have mana problems.
