ToC can be fun. ToC can be a nightmare.
If you go in with an undergeared tank you will find yourself blowing through more mana than usual just to keep him up. (where as if you took him to, say, UK, you might get bored)
If you go in with undergeared dps (or retarded "tunnel vision" dps as it were), the fights will take much longer than they should and you will fight mana and GCDs.
The one thing I've noticed, especially against the Paletress -- how I hate her atm -- with all the magic debuffs and diseases *and* the random party damage, I fight the GCD more than I ever have in a heroic.
If you're comfortable with disc healing and have ~200-213 ilvl gear and better, you can go in there with 1 of the 2 previously mentioned "problems" and likely not have many issues. But if you go in there with a bad tank *and* bad dps, you're gonna be setting yourself up for frustration. =/
I am curious, do people fear ward the tank or themselves in case of repeated aoe fears....?
