The curse used varies upon the raid composition, but will be either doom for longer fights or agony for shorter fights (<1min), and elements if there is no sham in the group to apply the debuff.
Refresh Life Tap, immolate, and curses as needed. Conflag should always be on CD and always followed by CB because of the backdraft/pyroclasm proc. The Glyph of Life tap and its mechanics will be addressed shortly for thsoe who are wondering why you have to start out with life tap.
the CoE debuff is supplied by unholyDKs and boomkin druids. it is NOT provided by shamans.
priority order for the CoE debuff:
DK
boomkin
destro lock
demo lock/aff lock
no to always CB after conflag. they have different cooldowns so they will never be together after the first burst and any attempt to put them together after that will lower your output.

hehe, it's a common one for peope to mix up the hit debuff (priest/boomkin) and the CoE debuff (DK/boomkin). much rarer that i see someone getting CoE mixed up with DP which is an exclusive buff we share with shamans.

i don't know where you copied them from but the answer is not really and no (respectively)
in the first one you're choosing to put your utility talent point in demonic embrace. there's probably more useful places, most choose shadowfury for the aoe stun.
in the second one, you've made a terrible build. the whole point of the deep destro build without suppression is that it allows you to get improved soul leech. any 0/13/58 build that doesn't take it is insta-fail.

I see why you go lifetap (for the glyph) then why immolate and curse? why not immolate, conflag then curse ( I usually doom since I have a boomkin) then Chaos Bolt (for pyroclasm)? and I got a question is glyph of immolate debatable with incenerate or lifetap? I use Conflag, incenerate and lifetap. Leme know what you think.
My normal thing to do before I read this was run in, immolate, chaos bolt, conflag, curse, incenerate till conflag was up.
I did this because there was always some lag when I put immolate up so I couldn't conflag right away. Is shooting CB better then waiting on server lag? And I didn't have lifetap.
Thanks.

@lazris - immo > curse > conflag is to allow for the server lag while your immo gets flagged on the target allowing you to conflag. you need to get curses up anyway so this tiny interruption to casting is a good time to do it.
@lock13 - the difference between firestone and spellstone is incredibly small for destro locks. at top end gear levels firestone starts to pull ahead but for T8BiS and below spellstone is better. spellstone is also the better enchant for all other builds so i suggest spellstone in the FAQ to provide a simple rule. as we move into T10 content the average level of gear will increase by enough that i may have to alter this entry in the FAQ but for now a firestone is only madatory for warlocks with current BiS (or close) gear. the most important thing is that you always have A stone active. it's a free buff.
the chest enchant is a debate that has been going on for a while and, again, is incredibly minor. the alternative is 15 spirit, not 10, and we're talking about 5 spirit vs 10stam + 10int. it honestly couldn't matter less but extreme min/maxers will want 15spirit for dps and 10 stats for longevity.

well, you didn't copy them from the OP since they're very different. also, before your edit youasked if your builds would be a dps increase. the answer is no and i gave a brief explanation of why. you asked for criticism.
