i disagree on morbidity. 5/5/5 is a definite but if there's an important next 3 points for any tank it's surely improved icy touch. i'd also say bladed armour was more important all round than morbidity.
frost spec:
lose icy talons. lose lichborne. lose acclimation.
max KM. take bladed armour. maybe 2H spec.
unholy spec:
i know unholy tanking the least but tanks need expertise - as such 5/5 RoR is manditory.
you can lose ghouls and gargoyles. and again with bladed armour, imp IT and maybe 2H.
blood spec:
epidemic is useful for blood.
scent of blood is either worth maxing or not worth taking.
max bladed armour.
lose spell deflection. lose bloodworms. lose DRW.
subversion is good. imp IT is still good. max blood gorged (ArPen is to good to pass up for blood threat).
all in all, your builds are a little too scatter shot and haven't had nearly enough though put into them.
as far as the guide itself is concerned, links with text make things a lot easier (eg.
frost spec - 5/58/8
)
how about strengths and weaknesses?
edit: also, who is darkweaver?

would be closer to a 'cookie cutter' frost tank build at the moment.
the extra 3 points can be placed for playstyle. i take scent of blood (because of frost's ability to turn RP into massive threat via FS - beyond any DK tank's need for RP for RS) but virulence, morbidity and acclimation are all reasonable choices.
regarding icy talons, you can't make allowances for the sub-optimal in a 'cookie cutter' spec. you optimise every talent point and maybe make a note to those who raid without an enhancement shaman or frost dps DK.
lichborne doesn't provide enough to be worth the talent at that point in the tree where there are so many talents that require your TPs.
KM provides an excellent threat boost for 2H now it's on a PPM. used on frost strike for single targets or HBs on AoE it represents a huge threat increase.
generally, if you're aiming to make 'cookie cutter' specs you've got to be far more well informed than you are. generally speaking (there are, of course, exceptions), if a talent is worth putting a point into then it's worth maxing and builds that don't follow this rule have a scatter-shot feel.
