There's a cooking daily quest given by rokk in the lower level in Shat (He's a goblin next to an ogre). You need a cooking skill of 275.. I think. (It's 275 to use the pots he gives you, so Imma assume 285. x])

You can also do daily dungeons and daily heroic dungeons.
Daily dungeon quests requires you to kill a few monsters (not the bosses) in some dungeon on normal mode.
Daily heroics require you to kill the last boss in a dungeon in heroic mode.

And, there's BG dailies. .. Just win the battle ground !

The first daily I ever did was this escort quest in Skettis. (Need a flying mount.. or you can get a lock to summon you, I suppose.. O_o) I'm not sure if there's a pre eqi for this, though.

There's a pre-quest for the Sha'tari Skyguard, which you won't get until you have flying skill. It basically requires you to kill 20 ogres in Barrier Hills above Shattrah City. It starts right next to the flight master in Shattrah City

There's also a fairly lengthy quest-line for the Ogri'la ones, but curiously enough you can hang around and wait for someone else to do them, as the quest items will drop on the ground for everyone to loot. They all start from Mog'dorg the Wizened.

The netherwing dailies require you to have epic flying skill & completed an even longer pre-quest line, culminating in killing Zuluhed the Whacked. It used to be that once you moved on from neutral reputation, you would get a disguise that made you friendly with Zuluhed (ie. you couldn't damage him), but fortunately that was patched in 2.3.

On top of those three, there's also the daily battleground (400 honor), daily normal dungeon (Ethereum Prison Key) and the daily heroic dungeon (2xBadge of Justice) & my favourite, the daily cooking quest (a choice of either a Barrel of Fish or a Crate of Meat).
